Tranquil Guesthouse Oasis with a Hot Tub

This is a peaceful and comfortable oasis centrally located to everything... - Private driveway entrance - High ceiling open living space with a wall of bi-fold glass doors opens onto an outdoor garden lounge area with a sectional sofa, firepit, and fountain. The sofa converts to a sleeper and there is a large flat screen 3Dtv with surround sound. - Kitchen has a breakfast island, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, and access to all appliances you might need. Stainless appliances and ceasarstone countertops. - The bedroom is located behind iced glass pocket doors. It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem. Send a text and I will respond as soon as I can. The bungalow sits behind the main house down the street from many restaurants, bakeries, a grocery store, and a park. The neighborhood is great for walking, and is a perfect base for day trips to Hollywood, Downtown LA, and the beach.

All the amenities you would need Private Studio- comfy full bed + hide-a-bed, 3/4 bath 24 hr self check-in + free gift upscale l neighborhood, nice gardens. See reviews! Fun, Cute & Quirky TINY kitchenette, fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, water, plates, etc NOTE: Clean but NOT spotless...no bad reviews pleeease!!

Modern Studio with AC, W/D, & Private Patio

This beautiful, modern studio with AC, and washer/dryer is located in Culver City, California. The studio offers complete privacy and isolation while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches (3 miles), UCLA, (3 miles), Universal Studios(8 miles); and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted.

This bright cozy, Culver City home is new (built in 2021) and is walking distance to coffee shops, Whole Foods, over 100 restaurants as well as the new Apple, HBO, and Amazon offices. You can access amenities like the tennis court, basketball court, and pickleball courts at Syd Kronenthal Park, the Ballona Creek bike path to the beach, and two metro stops which connect to Downtown LA and Santa Monica.
