Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Έχει επίσης μια κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μπάνιο. Η θέα από τα μπαλκόνια είναι καταπληκτική στο κάστρο του Μυστρα και στην Σπάρτη. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχουν μαγαζιά για καφέ και φαγητό. This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
