Traditional Apartment style Home in the Hills

This Traditional stone loft apartment is located between Finikounta, Agios Andreas, Peroulia Beach & Koroni. Making it a perfect location to explore Messenia. Originally built in 1832 by the local Villagers it was used to store raisins & olive oil. The restoration was completed in 2017 by Elias Kosmas. Using local, sustainable materials like stones, wood and white clay a traditional Greek home was created. You’ll enjoy views of Noupeli Hills, as well as easy access to hiking & biking trails.

Wellanidia Cottage Mani

Wellanidia Cottage ist ein kleines Steinhaus (ca.35qm) was beinahe vollständig von einer uralten Eiche überkrönt ist. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich mein Turmhaus und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück eine Töpferwerkstatt. Man ist hier total für sich und weder vom Ort noch vom umlaufenden Weg kann man den Terrassenbereich einsehen. Der Blick auf das ägaeische Meer ist unverstellt

Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
