Traditional Cottage

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. George's Country Guesthouse

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.

Only a couple of minutes walk from the house there is the "Love Bay" one of the islands most beautiful and well organized beaches. Poros town is around 3km away(5 min by car or taxi), and within a distance of less than 800m from the house there are 4 taverns.
