Kathi was an amazing host. I was out there for a birthday get away and she baked me some cookies. : ) Kathi is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The place is clean, charming, and relaxing. The garden is beautiful and has a rejuvenating Zen vibe. Definitely will recommend!!

The place was extremely clean, and well put together! They provided snacks for us, as well as games! The Place was spacious and just right for the amount of guests we had!! The owners were very understanding as well and the location was near everything we wanted to do during our stay!:)

Booked this rental for almost three weeks for a recovery post surgery. The couch was very comfortable. Because its close to the beach, there's many restaurants to eat at, antojitos, beach is walking distance crossing the street, and about 30 min from the center of Tijuana. Hosts were very responsive! Quite accommodating and attentive! Constantly checking up too. This place is very secure with gate lock at the first floor entrance. Second gate for the rental locks too. Felt very secured. This rental is great for a family stay too with plenty of beds and three rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Decorations are thoughtfully added, making you feel right at home! I would absolutely suggest this rental for all kinds of rentals. As previously mentioned, the hosts are very responsive. No complaints. Thank you for a lovely stay at Playas!

Anyone who stays at Kim’s home will quickly notice how much she loves this place and how much care she puts into creating such a cozy space for her guests. According to my friend who stayed with me, this house felt like “Home Depot — if you need something, just look around and you’ll probably find it here, if not, Kim will find it for you”

Decided to take a small winter getaway in San Diego and this place was absolutely perfect for it. It was in a wonderful walkable and quiet neighborhood with lots to do around. Lovely and comfortable space with everything that you need. It was exactly what we needed! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fowler home with our friends. We are families with young children. We were able to relax and make our own meals, which was important to us. The property is so peaceful and has beautiful outdoor eating areas.

We had a great stay at the cottage! Super close walk or drive to so much in north park and South Park, couldn’t have asked for a better location! Brent was a very proactive and friendly host. Would definitely recommend!

This house and location was PERFECT! We felt right at home. The kids didn’t waste any time to jump into the pool either! We all had such a great time and we will definitely be back! We booked for a night and it was absolutely perfect. The aesthetic is beautiful, simple and clean. They provide comfortable floor beds and inflatable mattresses as well which is perfect for larger groups. The communication was 10/10 especially the responsiveness. I booked the listing for a trip to San Diego for my daughter’s birthday and the host got her a gift which was so thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the linens were fresh and cozy, there was a surplus of pillows, towels, cozy blankets, toilet paper, paper towels literally anything you could need. The kitchen has EVERY SINGLE appliance you need for any situation. The garage comes with an opener which is so incredibly convenient. The patio furniture was so clean crips and comfortable. The grill is easy to use and so accessible. And the best thing about this home was/is the hosts, the most kind and friendly people, the responded within the hour Everytime, there was a response that was thoughtful and always had a solution. Seriously counting the days till we can come back! It is a beautiful family stay, fun little party pad or just a couples relaxation vacation. Best rental in SD

Place was charming, bright, cheerful, warm and cozy. Exceptionally appointed! Convenient location to all San Diego has to offer. Hosts were welcoming with swift response times. Would highly recommend.

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Our stay was great!! Having a nice private backyard sitting area was so nice to enjoy. Anything we could have forgotten or needed was there. Very cute place!
