Excelente, cuenta con todo para pasar una estancia agradable, la zona es tranquila, sin ruidos. La casa es cómoda y el ama de llaves muy amable. Solo como crítica constructiva, a mediano plazo se debería pensar en cambiar una de las puertas que tiene un leve detalle y tal ves los colchones individuales, ya se sienten un poco flojos. En general mi familia y yo nos la pasamos de lujo y descansamos tranquilamente, sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos con Roel

La ubicación está excelente, a solo unos pasos del malecón, restaurantes, bares y todo a la mano. La calidad-precio está perfecto. La anfitriona siempre al pendiente y muy amable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication/information from the host was great and the house was easy to find with the link provided. Very easy check in/out. The location is great—close to the beach, quiet + safe neighborhood, and a short drive to San Felipe for groceries and tacos. Many of the description photos are outdated but there was plenty space for our group of six.

Excelente lugar para quedarse (tranquilo, bonito, privado, bien ubicado, limpio, etc) La atención es excelente por parte del anfitrión, preocupándose por las necesidades del huésped.

From before we arrived Barbara and Manilo were easy and quickly communicative! Gave us easy to find directions and even accommodated us with our early arrival by offering to hold our groceries and directing us to the beach club! The beach club and pool were both amazing! Honestly worth the stay for that alone. The house was cleaned daily and was a short 10-15 minute drive to Malecón/downtown area! WiFi was great quality and honestly we would not hesitate to rebook the same stay in our next trip to La Paz! If you’re considering saving a bit and doing a hotel instead, don’t and book this airbnb you won’t be disappointed! Thank you both for allowing us the most amazing stay!

Since we started communication with the Host she was very responsive. The place is very nice, very clean and comfortable. The location is great there are convenience stores close by and great places to eat too. I really recommend this place. Definitely will keep this apartment in mind when we come back.

Fue muy sencillo llegar, nos recibieron amablemente y con todas las instrucciones necesarias. El lugar estaba muy limpio, la alberca estaba calientita (hacía frío) hay un Oxxo a 3 pasitos de la puerta del edificio. Todo funcionaba perfecto. Cada que era necesario escribirle nos contestaban mega rápido. Recomendadisimo.

Mi estancia fue muy agradable, ya que el lugar contaba con todas las amenidades necesarias, como lavadora y secadora, lo cual fue muy práctico. El departamento tenía dos habitaciones: una amplia y cómoda, y otra más compacta, ideal para dormir. La vista desde el lugar era excelente, realmente un punto a destacadar. Además, a pesar de ser una fecha concurrida, los elevadores nunca se saturaban, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más placentera.

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. Great location on Sandy Beach. Resort and nearby area were all great. Good price and an ocean view from the balcony. Quick 3-5 min walk to the beach. Jovanny was great with communication. Stayed in touch to make sure we checked in with no issues and that our stay was going well. Very quick responses. We recommend this place!

We really enjoyed staying at Jovanny's place. It was very comfy, tv and Wi-Fi was great. My daughter and Hubby were so happy that they were able to watch the soccer games with no problems. And as family with college students, we were happy with the great wi-fi!! We loved that it was close to beach and definitely so much room! The only thing that we were not happy with, and this may not matter much to other people, was the pots and pans. We like to make our own meals sometimes, but the pots and pans were so damaged, it was impossible to make a decent meal. Not even a good knife to chop vegetables or fruit! But overall, we loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Jovanny, for a great vacation.

Recomiendo totalmente hospedarse en este lugar, Diana es una persona muy amable, en todo momento me sentí en confianza y respondió siempre nuestras dudas, muy atenta. Seguro regresamos ! :)
