Small gym, large pool and movie theatre in common areas of condo complex, which also has on-site restaurant open for breakfast. 2 inflatable beds.

There are two windows in each bedroom to the exterior in the center of Santa Cruz, La Crucecita, Huatulco. From ground level, there are 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Convenienty located where banks, markets, restaurants and shopping is plentiful. Also, bus/van transportation through ADO and Express Colombos nearby. There is street parking only available.

It has different spaces that invite to tranquility and relaxation. It is located very close to 5 of the 9 bays that comprise "Bahías de Huatulco", in a safe, well communicated residential area, near the city center (where there are shops, restaurants, bars, tourism agencies, rental of cars and bicycles...)
