The apartment is as described. It is well equipped and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning again. One thing that needs to change is the blinds in the bedrooms. These are very thin and do not keep the light in at all well. It requires a proper blind and a pull down black out blind/curtains to solve this. This is especially a problem for the back bedrooms, as the hallway light is shining all night long and it's light at 6am so the kids will be awake once the sunshine comes through the window. Thanks for everything, we would like to return in the future.

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was huge and spotless. The grounds with pool and private beach are great. What wasn’t obvious when we booked is that there are a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Check in was easy and Nick organised a taxi to collect us from the ferry.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre de Koh Phi Phi, la chambre est dans un hôtel donc check in et check out très simple avec possibilité de ranger nos bagages. Belle chambre avec balcon. Tout est parfait, le seul petit défaut est le confort des lits qui sont très durs.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 8). The pool had both shallow and deep areas and beautiful trees around it so you can pick shade or sun. And the private beach was stunning, complete with active fishing boats nearby to make it extra pretty and special. Many people snorkel there. We love both Klong Khong beach and Klong Nin beach and the restaurants there, so it was great to be right in between those two beaches. Coco Tango is a restaurant practically attached to the villas and apartments at Coconut Bay, and it was great. You can walk over to Moonlight Bay resort next door for a massage. Shanti Shanti is another very close restaurant people love, but we don't eat seafood and they are often booked up. Dirty Fish just next door was awesome. Nick was a fantastic host. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with an ocean view. It was easy to park our rental car there. Awesome place :)

logement incroyable, Nick est très sympathique et nous a fait plusieurs recommandations (qu’on a testé évidemment! 😌) je recommande à 100%, nous reviendrons sur Koh Lanta et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir chez Nick ! 👍

Super séjour en amoureux! La vue est incroyable avec les palmier la mer et les coucher de soleil. Appartement bien équipé et spacieux. Télé connecté pour regarder un film après une longue journée ! Possibilité de louer des scooter à la réception et de réserver des tours. Vraiment superbe! Le seul point négatif serait peut être le bruit des voitures car à côté de la route mais nous ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. Je recommande 100% pour un séjour sur cette superbe île !

Anika is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, she was very relaxed and accommodating. I had mentioned beforehand that we would need a baby crib, but unfortunately, that request hadn’t come through properly. However, after a quick call, not only was a crib delivered within 10 minutes, but also a high chair. This thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for. The house itself is spacious, practical, and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, and the living areas are perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the beach, massages and restaurants . If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to add an extra bathroom or a separate toilet, especially if you’re staying with a larger group (the villa accommodates up to 8 people). That being said, this minor detail didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im 4Fish Waterfront Poolhouse! Acht Tage lang konnten wir diesen wunderbaren Ort genießen – das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, und die Lage nahe der Altstadt von Koh Lanta ist ideal, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Aussicht vom Master-Bedroom – der Blick aufs Meer war atemberaubend, und es war einfach magisch, den Sonnenaufgang am Morgen direkt vom Bett aus zu bewundern. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Jay war hervorragend – sie war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement individuel, très propre et cosy, correspondant parfaitement à la description, notre hôte a été très réactive et le personnel adorable Un endroit paisible que je vous recommande Et la compagnie des animaux a été un pur bonheur, ma fille a fait des câlins à tous les animaux qu'elle a croisé

If I could take this house with me I would. The property is beautiful inside and out with so many details everywhere you look. From the decorations, to the amenities, to even the outside greenery. I loved the outside terrace which has screen doors and an outdoor fan. There’s also a speaker system on the tv and soundproof sliding doors for watching movies. The area is clean and peaceful with many restaurants etc down the road. I worked from here remotely and I can confirm the WiFi works great and the space is a dream to work in. Monica was a great host, super attentive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this house.

I absolutely loved Mari’s place! It was cozy, beautiful, and set in the most peaceful and stunning location. Mari was super helpful and responsive. I can’t wait to come back—and stay even longer next time!

My family stayed 8 incredible nights, as the lost stop on our 3 weeks in Thailand and it was perfect. Located a little bit out of Ao Nang but we hired scooters to get around easily. And there is the amazing Joy Beach Cafe (and more) right next door… bliss. Easy walk to the ferry to get to Railay. The villa was beautiful, great amenities but outdoor living. My kids loved the outdoor movie - especially after many weeks of no screens. Othman was easily available and responded quickly, however we mostly sorted ourselves. Highly recommend.

Rent, fräscht, gott om plats & nära till stranden.

Perfect stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Is exactly like the photos. Nothing more needed to say. It was beautiful. Drinking water provided which was a nice touch. Only slight thing was the paying for electricity and water at the end of the stay. We stayed for 5 nights and our bill was 2400 baht (£60) which seemed a bit steep, but to be fair we know nothing about the cost of these amenities. If you are going to koh lanta, you should 100% stay here.

Amazing location, very quiet and peaceful. Bit tricky to find however the locals will help if you get nearby...followed one on a scooter. Superb value. bed and shower etc fine and serviceable. Would definitely go again.

My wife and I just spent the month of February at Noree’s condo. Our stay was excellent. Great restaurants near by, public laundry and barber just around the corner. We basically used all the businesses nearby. The staff at the building were really helpful and friendly. The location is really perfect, not too close to all the busy bars but one of the best restaurants in our opinion was right beside the building. The one day we had to stay in due to heavy rain the condo was like home, extremely comfortable and clean. Our host, Noree, was great always answered quickly. Really just a great place to stay in Ao Nang. My wife and I highly recommend this location and unit. We were really happy with the accommodations the whole month we were there. The next time we are in Ao Nang we will definitely look to see if this unit is available.
