Koni's house Saronida

Koni’s house has a private use swimming pool with sunbeds and a breathtaking view. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa that it can be a double bed as well. Also the kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. The house provides Wi-Fi. Saronida is close to the center of Athens and 30 minutes away from the airport. It is a seaside suburb of the Athens Riviera with beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. It is close to Sounio and has access to public transport.

Ideal place for business destinations.The studio/apartment is only 10min away from the airport of Athens in a quiet neighborhood. Cozy and homy environment based on the hellenic culture with decoration from the early 50's. This hospitable studio is able to accommodate 2 people(King size bed) and another couple of adult people(Sofa/bed). You can enjoy our lovely weather with a traditional greek coffee outside in our garden and ask us for information about the local wineries!!

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε παραλία, στο αεροδρόμιο ΕΛ.ΒΕΝΙΖΕΛΟΣ (8 λεπτά), στο εκθεσιακό κέντρο METROPOLITAN, στο Αττικό Ζωολογικό Πάρκο, στο Εκπτωτικό χωριό McArthur, SMART PARK, στο Λιμάνι της Ραφήνας. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: άνετο κρεβάτι, άνετο περιβάλλον, φως και κουζίνα. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες και οικογένειες (με παιδιά).

Modern apartment 10mins from the airport

A perfect mixture of modern and traditional architecture. The house was fully renovated in 2022 but we kept untouched the unique stone structure. The apartment is fully equipped with electrical appliances. There is a king-size bed (2 persons) and 2 separate beds. It's located in a suburban area, 10 minutes form the airport, 20 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the Athens city center by car.
