Rare Villa right on the beach!

Experience living like a local! This lovely villa is located just a stone's throw away from the beach in a very peaceful area, yet it is also remarkably close to the city, restaurants, and nightlife. This house is a rare opportunity with daily cleaning and electricity included. There are no additional fees! The villa has a huge balcony/patio facing the lagoon, the islands of the Koh Samui and Ang Tong national park. Access to the house is entirely private. And We just finished the renovation!

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips as we have three units . This is just one minute walk to beach. it's very peaceful and family place. One can just unwind in nature and enjoy luxury living too. Villa is brand new with two big bedrooms contains king size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a work desk , big salt water pool. Ceiling height is 3metre. This is a perfect place for someone who wants to stay next to beach in a modern luxury villa. This property is only one it's kind.

Villa just freshly renovated with full services: cleaning 2 times per week, everything you might need in the kitchen or bedroom for comfortable stay. Location is amazing: 1 minute walk from the best sunset beach in thong sala, 2 minutes walking from 7/11, massage salon and many restaurants, cafe, bars and many other places. Green and quiet, don’t have the noise of the center! Can both stay with driving motorbike or no. DM for more questions if you have any! Welcome

This cozy house is located on private part of Haad salad beach. But still very close to restaurants, shops and all infrastructure. Highlights of this place are 2 minutes walk to the beach and stunning sunset.
