We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

from the moment we met Jean Luc, he was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond, we arrived late and he had bought bits for us to eat, he helped us get a car, a taxi, recommend restaurants he couldn't have done more to be a better host. The accommodation itself was stunning, everything clean and tidy with the cleaner coming everyday. The beds were comfortable, we was provided with towels for in and outside. The view is breathtaking and will definitely miss it. Just a short drive away from fisherman's village which has a market to buy gifts or food. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property itself is on a very steep hill which is why the views are breathtaking but a hard climb! I 100% would come back and stay, everyone was very impressed.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Unsere Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was du für den täglichen Bedarf brauchst.  Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden für den gesamten Zeitraum kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.  unsere Villa hatte einen 4 × 8 m Pool der zweimal  in der Woche professionell gereinigt wurde. Nina und Valerie sind sehr zuvorkommende und  liebe Gastgeber. Du fühlst dich bei Ihnen sofort wie in einer Familie aufgenommen.  Wir waren dort zwei Monate und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben hätte es unser Urlaubsplan ermöglicht.  Auf dem Grundstück befanden sich drei Hunde, die sehr lieb waren.  Sie bewachen dich und das Gelände und du brauchst keine Angst vor ihnen zu haben, denn sie beschützen dich und du fühlst dich von Anfang an dort sehr sicher und wohl. Das Grundstück kann nicht ohne weiteres von fremden betreten werden. Es ist durch eine hohe Mauer geschützt. In der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben in den Morgenstunden die Vogelstimmen genossen. 

Great stay!! Stephen and wife were there on arrival to great us and walk us through the amenities. They home is spacious and beautifully decorated and comfortable. Aircon in every room. They provided a welcome platter of fresh fruit which we devoured. Stephen gave great recommendations for excursions, restaurants, sites to see and offered to arrange transport around. I recommend this location if you want a very serene and relaxed vacation. Thank you Stephen for opening your home. I would could consider booking again!

un superbe séjour de 6j au baan sukreep resort ! un grand merci à Odile et Jean-Luc pour leur accueil adorable dans ce havre de paix, entouré de nature, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, petite piscine trop bien pour se rafraichir, hyper bien situé entre chaweng et lamai, a côté de Coral beach, ... surtout quand on a un scooter ou autre moyen de locomotion. le restaurant "Mékong" est top également ! avec des saveurs vietnamiennes et du bon vin (et oui du vin blanc !) et une superbe playlist 😉 sans oublier la soirée acoustique qui nous a ravi ! nous étions dans le bungalow a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, une terrasse sympa avec hamac (😉Jin!) et merci à Jean-luc pour ses bons conseils : comme nous avons eu un temps horrible plusieurs jours (vraiment pas de chance pour la saison) JL nous a recommandé cours de cuisine au top ! on recommande vraiment cet établissement où 'ous espérons pouvoir un jour revenir sous le soleil !

Christian a été très flexible et de bon conseil. Le logement est sublime, au milieu de la nature. Un havre de paix. Nous y sommes restés 5jours et voulions bien prolonger un peu…! Merci beaucoup !

Nydelig oase. Huset er innebygd i den vakre eksotiske naturen. Det var godt å våkne og lage seg en ordentlig god kopp kaffe, nyte den på stuen som har fjell og de tropiske trærne til vegger. Høre på hanene gale i det fjerne. Leie moped og farte rundt på den vesle gjestfrie og vakre øya. Det er gåavstand til stranda med restauranter og barer, kritthvit sand, krystallklart vann og avslappende atmosfære! Snorkling rundt øya byr på magiske øyeblikk! Vi trivdes ubeskrivelig! Og vi ble tatt godt være på i huset. Hver gang vi kom tilbake etter våre oppdagelsesturer var alt ryddet og vasket, vann, kaffe, dopapir ble fylt på, og tøyet vårt ble vasket, når vi ba om det, på et blunk! Her kunne jeg gjerne bo igjen, og helst et par måneder😃 Hadde ikke lyst å dra herfra!

Janine ist eine sehr liebevolle und freundliche Person. Sie hat uns sehr warmherzig und mit Erfrischungstüchern willkommen geheißen. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war euch super und der Ausblick wunderschön. Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Alles in einem ein super airbnb 😊

We loved our 10 nights stay. Sunset on the balcony and living room is outstanding. the place is very quiet, and the house staff was very reactive.

Wir waren jetzt innerhalb von ca. 10 Jahren das dritte Mal bei Bodo im Hill Village und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.., Super Host, Super Unterkunft, Super Lage… Petra & Stephan

In dem stilvollen geräumigen Bungalow umgeben von Natur und mit fantastischer Meeressicht habe ich mich von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Leckere Verpflegung vor Ort oder im nahen Restaurant "Tomorrow" mit Swiningpool nahe vom Salad Beach. Verschiedene Angebote wie Tanz und Yoga vom Pyramide Center haben meinen Aufenthalt bereichert.

Rundherum zufrieden mit dem Haus. Tolle Aussicht, man ist recht schnell am Strand. Die Gegend ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Ich würdest sagen, eher zum chillen und Seele baumeln lassen, als zum Party machen.

Accueil irréprochable, Janine a pris le temps de bien tout nous expliquer. Tout était très propre et la vue est magnifique. N’hésitez pas à demander quelle villa est disponible pour vous. Nous avions la villa 1 en face de la piscine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Zwar waren wir zu Beginn etwas enttäuscht, weil die Villa viel viel kleiner ist als sie auf den Bildern wirkte. Allerdings entschädigte uns dafür der traumhafte Pool. Schön privat im Grünen und herrlich zum relaxen. Die Gartenarbeiten jedoch hätten etwas mehr Pflege nötig gehabt. So waren die Auflagen fleckig bis schimmelig, die Fassade abgestoßen und eine Liege defekt. Im Inneren fehlte uns Licht, vor allem in den Badezimmern. Ansonsten bequeme Betten, sauber, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Trinkwasser, schnelle und nette Kommunkkation. In 10 Minuten ist man mitten im Getümmel.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. It is spacious and because of the large windows on both sides, bright and at the same time cosy and has all the necessities. The pool table on the back terrace is very cool. The house is nestled in a beautiful garden. You can relax by the large pool and let your gaze wander over the varied vegetation. The trees, shrubs and plants are very calming. The neighbourhood is quiet and you have your privacy. (The building site on the neighbouring property was only rarely under construction during our stay, so the noise didn't really bother us). Our contact person Iris was very helpful and obliging. Communication went smoothly and questions were answered within a very short time. Transport and the hire of a scooter were also organised without any complaints. Many thanks for everything!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Wie im Paradies mit perfekten Ausblick. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen:)

We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect! Stav was a fantastic host, making sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Wish we could have stayed longer—highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Hat alles super geklappt und war alles so wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Valerie und Tina war super, sie sind sehr nett und haben immer sofort geantwortet. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit, haben uns einen Mietwagen und Roller besorgt, geben einem gute Tipps und waren immer erreichbar. Übergabe hat auch super geklappt. Die Villa war auch so wie beschrieben. Bei allem Lob aber eine kleine Beanstandung bei der Mietwagenbuchung: aber eher auch mein Fehler: Habe einen super Mietwagen für 1500 Baht am Tag ( 1 Woche gebucht ) ohne zu handeln, besorgt bekommen. Bei der Abgabe wurde er sofort wieder spontan weitervermietet, der handelte aber noch und bekam das Auto für 1200 Baht / Tag. Also nicht auf den Preis verlassen sondern da geht noch was ! Ansonsten war alles super !

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

A true gem. We visited with our kids (2 and 4) and another family. This area of the island is stunning, and it is right there on your doorstep from the villa. Beautiful surroundings, incredible beaches, great hospitality from Bay Villas, and a spacious and comfortable home with a lovely pool ideal for kids with the shallow area. Would recommend and revisit in a heartbeat. Hot Tip - Need to rent a car if you come with family - Krembo Rental in Thongsala are great.

Wir waren vier Wochen auf Samui, Phangan und Koh Tao unterwegs und haben uns in dieser Villa am wohlsten gefühlt. Der Unterschied liegt vor allem an San und seiner Frau, die mit viel Herzlichkeit alles perfekt organisieren und dem Haus eine gemütliche Atmosphäre verleihen. Die Villa übertrifft unsere Erwartungen: Der Pool ist größer als auf den Bildern, und die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht ist atemberaubend. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber, einschließlich der schönen Gartenanlage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und alle zwei Tage wird gründlich gereinigt. San und seine Frau übernehmen auch die Wäsche – der Preis ist fair, vielleicht sogar etwas günstiger als anderswo, und die Qualität ist hervorragend. Die Anfahrt ist mit einem guten 160-cc-Roller zu zweit problemlos machbar – ein geübter Motorradfahrer hat hier keine Schwierigkeiten. Fünf Sterne für die Villa und die wunderbaren Gastgeber San und seine Frau!
