The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. The Studio at Stone House

A unique place with great style, the Studio at Stone house is minutes from fabulous fishing lakes and dog walking trails and a 10 minute drive from the legendary Norfolk broads, It is a two story fully furnished holiday studio with one king size bed on the first floor and an open plan lounge and kitchen together with a separate wet room bathroom on the ground floor. Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Beautiful hideaway in rural Norfolk, on the edge of the Broads within the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cart lodge has everything you could need for a relaxed stay in the countryside. With its own front door, kitchen/dining room, bedroom/lounge and toilet/shower room. This accommodation is not suitable for children. We also have a small campsite on site.
