We had a wonderful stay at the ironmongers! It was a very special first trip to Norfolk with our 8 week old baby son. We stayed in the confectioners room, which was very clean, bright and spacious! The building had been beautifully restored to a very high standard. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Tim.

Martin and his team were ever so welcoming. The place was easy to find, with bus stop close by and just right infront of local sainsburys. The room is spacious and clean, and came with your own small fridge and microwave, and ensuite bathroom. Had a great stay. will book again next time.

A gorgeous peaceful house with a gorgeous host! Aly was super responsive and attentive, whilst also being very chilled out which made us feel right at home. The house is so cosy and unique, with Fozzie her beloved pooch co-host around for breakfast belly rubs which was a particular highlight for us :) we loved our weekend stay!

We had a really nice stay. The room was comfortable and the honesty bar was a nice touch, we had our own bottle of wine and there were ice, glasses and coolers. There’s a lovely beach walk near by and Thornham deli is really nice. Free parking is very handy too. Would definitely recommend.

Very lovely stay, hosts were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and shower had great water pressure!

The suite was beautiful just as listed! Definitely will return. Just what we wanted Only thing I think would make the room is little toiletries to compliment the bath and bathroom

Great facilities. Room smaller than expected however, had everything you needed. Comfortable bed. Was able to charge our electric car. Couldn’t fault the clean. Lovely bathroom. Went to get the fresh milk from the communal fridge but someone had taken the whole bottle. A fridge with fresh milk would have been better than the uht in the room. Great honesty bar available, even though didn’t use it. Lovely lady showed us round a couple of dog friendly rooms. Very helpful. ☺️

Beautiful hotel with a great beer garden on a sunny day for dinner. incredibly friendly staff who couldn't do more for us. Having travelled 10 hours from Scotland, bed very comfy and room had everything you needed. Breakfast wonderful in the morning, wouldn't hesitate to go back. Great location with a dip I the Swanton Morley waterfall nearby. thanks for having us, M & L
