Vinod is a very friendly, and responsible person. He tried his best to do the service for us to stay in the place. Very Nice place to stay. He is Very helpful. Feels like our own home. I recommend anyone can stay happily in Vinod’s place.

Basil teacher, as she's known around, is one of the most meticulous hosts we've come across. The place is surrounded by lush sylvan and the Meenachil river. It's quiet and wonderful. The quarters we stayed in has such an amusing history to it. It's got beautiful furniture that are at least 70 years old. The home where Teacher resides is over 170 years old and is a stellar construction. Basil teacher is a generous and thoughtful host. We had informed her that one of us has an ankle injury, and coincidentally or not, we found an ice pack in the refrigerator. The kichenette has everything you need. Despite it, she'll happily offer coffee in the morning. The breakfast is heavenly. Special thanks to Shyamala chechi as well, who is the helper. Teacher will also tell you a bit of local history which is very interesting. In all, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay for us.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.

Beautiful house in the middle of coffee plantations. The area is very peaceful, with lots of open space to go on early morning walks. The house itself is very comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. Caretakers make you feel right at home, specially with the delicious food and tea/coffee. Kushi (host) is very welcoming and helpful, right from the day we booked the place. We loved our time here and would love to visit again. Highly recommended for people looking for a comfy, cozy and relaxing place away from the hustle of the city.

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Venu Sir was there always ready to help, and guiding for the local activities, we would definitely like to visit agay

Our stay was incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The property is located just a short walk from a private-like beach, Additionally, it’s only 400 meters from Marari main beach, making it convenient to explore.

The boat was what we had been looking for: a large open living room in the front (not enclosed by windows). The crew was very friendly and could not have been more accommodating and helpful and the food was fantastic and plentiful and varied. We were asked before we set off if we wanted beer and someone set off to get them after we said yes. We stayed two nights, which made for a more relaxed trip - being able to wake up on the boat in the morning and knowing you had a full day ahead of you to just take it easy. The interior of the boat could use some sprucing up. But overall a great stay.

We (6 Adults and 2 kids) stayed at Jose's place for 2 nights. He received us personally and accommodated all our requests w.r.t food preferences, visit to nearby places, suggestions etc. graciously. His property is very well constructed with thoughtful designs particularly in the dining area, washrooms and beds. The property is on a beautiful hill top and has another one coming up next to it as well shortly. He gave personal attention and his caretaker, cook are excellent too. They prepared great authentic Kerala cuisine that was mouthwatering. The food was reasonably priced and worth every rupee. We couldn't however visit the pond since the trek was difficult for kids and elderly. But we loved the place and hope to visit again in future.

The stay was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of privacy. The property was big and would be a perfect location for people looking for a getaway. Loved the mountain view. Food was one of the big pluses about the place, they also gave us tender coconuts which were grown inside the property. Especially loved the aesthetics of the building.

I and my cousins stayed at Arun’s place and the stay is just perfect. Tucked right next to the forest. The place is in Sultan Bathery and easy to find. Its the perfect place to give the feels of forest stay. Our cottage was at the last and behind the door was just the forest. Yet it had good running hot water, clean sheets, bathrooms. The place even had common swimming pool and they even arrange for a fire . It can easily accommodate 4-6 ppl. The caretaker Zanoof was very prompt and helpful even bringing food during downpour. Also swiggy delivers right to your cottage if one wants to order. Would recommend if u want to just chill and be away from city chaos.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and peaceful accommodation for family or friends. Thank you once again, Amruth!

Der Service von Jithu und seiner Familie welche uns im Haus bedient haben war öusserst zuvorkommend und sie waren stehts für uns da. sie waren äusserst aufmerksam und haben unmittelbar unsere bedürfnisse sowie wünsche umgesetzt. Das Haus war etwas abgelegen, die Gegend ist aber wunderschön und mit einem Fahrer sind umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten war für uns die ideale Erholung. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Es war uns eine Freude an diesem Ort Beherbergt zu werden. Freundliche Grüsse Simon

We had a fantastic time at Tranquil Waters. It is as named, an incredibly tranquil and relaxing place to stay, beautifully located projecting into the lake and surrounded by a lush garden. The house is very comfortable and we were looked after by both Geeta who cooks amazingly and Sumesh who can arrange boat trips and kayaking. This is all orchestrated by Jacob who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming heritage property hosted by the warm and welcoming Sahil and Sobha. Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain.
