Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. Holly Tree Barn is a new modern conversion surrounded by lovely countryside, on the doorstep of Bristol and near Bath . Ideal for the Balloon Fiesta, the Airport and University Graduations. Bristol is easily reachable by train, bus, cycle path or car. Glastonbury, the Cotswolds and the beach are an easy drive. The Barn is down a quiet lane with village shops, pubs and the train station a 10 min walk. It is near public footpaths allowing you to explore the valley, walk, cycle and unwind.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Peaceful Somerset village handy for tourist spots

Your own part of the house, private entrance, including bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Parking on site. Your living room contains a sofa, TV, DVD/CD players. Your kitchen has a microwave, kettle and toaster (no oven or hob). There's a table in your kitchen to use for eating or as a workstation. Village pub serves food just 5 minutes walk. Chinese takeaway 5 mins walk. Handy for tourist resorts of Weston-super-Mare, Cheddar Gorge. Nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes in a car.

The Grange

Our self contained apartment is on the first floor of our 500 year old farm house. Although the farm is in the country side we are within 2 miles of junction 21 on the M5. Weston-Super-Mare is 5 miles away, Bristol 15 miles and Bath 20 miles. The Mendips is near by offering stunning walks, as well as Cheddar gorge and Wells with a variety of walks and tourist attractions. The apartment is surrounded by green areas please ask for directions if you would like the use of a green space.

Cottage retreat by the seaside

This private cottage is in the heart of Clevedon with easy access to the Clevedon beach front from great coastal walks and to visit our Grade 1* pier. There are also some lovely local restaurants to choose from if you do not want to cook. Great for couples, business travellers and families (with kids who like sofa beds). There is a nice TV, WiFi and we are about to install a wood burner to compliment the air conditioning system for the cottage venting in the bedroom and living space.

The Coach House dates from 1862 and is a quiet, self-contained property in very good condition. It is located 100m away from the beach, has good access to local walks and is a 5 minute walk to the delights of Hill Road and The Beach where you will find an eclectic selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
