Also has a shaded parking slot. Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches).

The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.
