venkatarami was a great host.He arranged everything,more than our expectations.he was so friendly and responsible.i will give him a five star rating.His flat was sooo adorable,fullyfurnished,and the forest view was beautiful.

Pavan Kumar was a great host. always available on the phone very responsive and helpful. Location was just outskirt of Centre of the Chikmagalur, very quiet neighborhood. easy to find. would have loved to have a washing machine and few more kitchenwares.

We had an excellent 30-day stay. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. The gym and pool were top-notch, with respectful and attentive coaches. The proximity to the Leela Hotel allows guests to use its restaurants and bars. Likewise, the proximity to Bhartyria City Mall, which has a private entrance to the residence, is very convenient. Finally, Mr. Smriti was an excellent Host.

We stayed for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth and stress-free. Mohammed Niyas is an amazing host super friendly, highly responsive, and always ready to help. His parents were also so welcoming and guided us with local tips that made our trip even more special. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures - peaceful, clean, and just 150 meters from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss! Mohammed Niyas made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, and his hospitality truly made us feel at home. As a group of friends, this was the perfect place for a relaxed and memorable trip. Very nice place

The house is huge and spacious and has all the amenities listed. The cook makes amazing food and is quick and kind. We stayed for almost 5 days and had no complaints. The balance was my favourite spot of the house!

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.
