Cosy studio situated inside Zavos Palm Beach gated complex. In the complex there are features like swimming pools, a tennis court, a huge garden and a barbecue area. Superb location close to all local amenities like, supermarket stores, restaurants, world famous beach bars and night clubs, main bus lines and within a 100m distance from the beach. The wooden house is located 300 meters from the picturesque village of Gourri, in the pine forest between the villages of Gourri and Fikardou. Visitors can reach the village square and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The accommodation is located in a fenced three-level 1200 sq. Two independent houses are placed in the plot, each one on a different level. The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.
