My beautiful four-bedroom Sunrise Villa is near everything Princeton has to offer: fine dining, shopping, entertainment, museums and campus events. The house is about 0.3 miles from D&R canal and 3.2 miles away from Princeton University. It comes with four parking spaces and a spacious backyard where you and your kids can spend the summer playing games, enjoying the sunshine, and barbecuing with friends. It's a great place for everyone in your family and a business trip. Enjoy your stay!

This beautiful brand new house in the crest on Rosemary St only 1/2 block the beautiful bay and 2 short blocks to the free Wildwood Beach. The house has 5 bedrooms with 1st bedroom on the first floor. Here you will find PacMan arcade game. Upstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms. Everything is brand new. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds. please note, max occupancy is 12 adults and may add up to 4 children for total of 16 people. * note no outside guests are allowed

This dog friendly corner property is only a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive to the bay beach, free parking and no beach tags required all year. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 11 AM and after 4 PM in summer. There is a fenced in yard to keep your family & dog safe. You will enjoy our large screened-in rear patio. Linens and towels are NOT provided but may be rented from local companies. Washer & Dryer and many other amenities. Enjoy your stay! No Smoking inside.

This beautiful 3 story Brigantine villa is mere steps from the beach (183 to be exact). Room for 12 of your closest friends and family members, this gem is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week long stay in the summer! A 5 minute Uber ride to Atlantic City, you will be uniquely positioned to access the excitement of AC while enjoying the serenity of this local beach town.
