This place is for those who like adventure. Private sleeping palapas with communal kitchen and dining area. The location on the point is the best part. A very nice walk into the village. Excellent beach close by for swimming. Sleep to the sound of the waves upon the rocks below. Great place to meet fellow travelers. The resident hosts are the best. Good day excursions. We would return.

Isael is a great host. Will always look to book one of his managed properties whenever I'm in Pérula area. He's very fast at communication and supportive with guest stay needs. Property was well kept and he responded quickly to offer help.

Diese Wohnung bzw. Casita is ein absolutes Juwel! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail aber ohne Schnörkel, total stylisch aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Für den der Kochen will ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche vorhanden, allerdings gibt es fussläufig tolle Restaurants. Auf Wunsch bzw. Bedarf kann eine Köchin aushelfen. Auch wurde täglich die Wohnung gereinigt, quasi wie im Hotel. Juan Carlos hat im Vorfeld klare Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt und hat bei Fragen immer sofort geantwortet. Der Careyes Club und der Beach Club Playa Rosa sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt ein Concierge Team dass für Ausflugsplanung zur Verfügung steht und es gibt 24 h Security. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt undJuan Carlos war sehr hilfreich für jemanden der zum ersten Mal nach Careyes kommt.

El lugar es increíble, como pocos actualmente. Es importante contemplar que debes llevar lo que planees comer, ya que el pueblo está a 10 minutos en vehículo. Todo, en general, es perfecto; sin duda, regresaré muy pronto.

El alojamiento de Andrés está cerca de la playa y eso es muy agradable, Nico está al pendiente de lo necesario. Hicimos un viaje en familia y nos gustó la experiencia en LDM, es muy tranquilo y se come rico. Nos gustaría volver!

This was a sweet spot near the beach in a quiet complex where many people rent for extended stays. The neighborhood was very peaceful ... people went to bed and woke up early every day. The bungalow was a perfect comfortable-minimalist stay for our group of 6 people. Everything we needed to settle in and enjoy the area.

What a beautiful property perfect location so quiet we had the place to ourselves since it was the low season! I agree photos do not do it justice we had never been to Bucerías and we will for sure come back to this friendly safe town! Perfect Stay

La casa es realmente linda, es tal cuál la describe las fotos. Elena es muy comunicativa y es flexible con las horas de entrada y de salida, siempre y cuando le informes. Nosotros estuvimos con dos perritos y es seguro para que estén en el área abierta ya que no hay forma de salir del patio. Si hay ruido por las mañanas, ya que hay gallos y gallinas alrededor, pero Elena proporciona tapones para oídos. Fuera de eso (que Elena no puede controlar) todo estuvo perfecto 😊

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio, el espacio es amplio y cómodo. La cocina equipada para su uso. Había sábanas y cobija extra para el sofá. Está retirado como a 15minutos en carro al malecón (por lo que recomiendo lleves carro), la playa abierta al público está a 7minutos en carro y la más cercana se llama “playa de oro” y es agradable. Cerca solo hay un Oxxo, o plaza caracol (en coche 5 minutos) en la que te recomiendo comer, hay muchos restaurantes ricos. El área de alberca se comparte con más casitas, pero es prácticamente para ti, el agua es a temperatura ambiente (nos tocó un clima fresco, por lo que el agua algo fría, pero en tiempo de calor estaría genial). La visita fue muy agradable y la comunicación excelente!

The stay was a 10/10 and we had high expectations. The decor and layout are perfect. We were constantly finding ourselves wanting to just chill at home. We brought games to play and never minded our nights in because of how Transportive the home is. The location is perfect if being on an idyllic beach is what you want to do. Raquel who cleaned and cooked for us was lovely and it was one of our favorite meals. Melanie was a super manager and helped us a lot on the way in and throughout when we needed a recommendation or question. It’s really more like the service of a hotel but the luxury of a gorgeous home. We were a family of 4 (12 and 15) and it was just perfect. We hope to make it back.

A little slice of rural Mexico and the jungle but only 15 minutes from the hubbub of Puerto Vallarta. If you want an experience away from the typical tourist hotels, but still accessible, this is it. Instead of being woken up by partying tourists, you’ll hear the roosters of the village. Teresa is a wonderful host and goes the extra mile to make things comfortable for you. It’s an absolute deal of a price as well. It’s a 20 minute walk to the famous La Huerta BBQ with live bands in the late afternoon and pickle ball during the day. There’s an ATV tour company close by, Dirty Monkey, if you want a tour into the jungle. The Rio Cuale runs through the town and is beautiful. This is a very authentic Mexican experience. We took a 10 peso ride on the bus into PV and often Uber’d home for last than $5 US. My only caveat would be, if you have mobility issues, this isn’t for you.

Creo que es uno de los pocos alojamientos que se tienen a pie de playa en un precio tan accesible, todos los espacios asignados para poder dormir y áreas para relajarte son excepcionales al igual que la atención de Juan y los vecinos a el alojamiento. Es un lugar muy recomendable para pasar unas vacaciones excelentes.

Me siento muy agradecido primeramente con las atenciones de Antonio y segundo con lo maravilloso del lugar y lo impecable de la limpieza del mismo, aunado a ello la vista es preciosa un lugar para el descanso y relajarte al por mayor, felicidades!!!!
