This home sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Enjoy your meals at the bar or on the balcony. Outdoor grilling facilities and picnic tables are also available. The pool-house features private bathrooms and a coin-operated laundry. Access by stairs only (no elevator). Full Absentee host The apartment is located in Isle of Palms, a city on the slender barrier island of the same name. It’s known for its beaches backed by condos and eateries. Sea turtles nest in the area. A nearby park includes a beach, picnic areas, and a playground. Dining, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. Only a short drive to historic Charleston, SC! Please be aware that the property has a Ring video doorbell on the premises (at the front door). There are no cameras/surveillance devices inside the home or on the balcony.

Salt and Sol. Ocean Breezes in a Chic Home.

Press a button on the remote control to raise the blinds and let the morning sun fill a roomy, renovated space. There's an airy seaside feel inside and out, thanks to large windows, white decor and blue accents. A private dock on a tidal creek with a great view of a 150 year old lighthouse, a flower garden and an extensive lawn make this property ideal for friends, family and pets. This is the upper level of a two unit home so very safe for families. An open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms are all connected. A very large breakfast bar with eight bar stools and a view of the TV. Premium cable TV and great wifi. This listing is for the use of the entire top floor unit. We only ask that guest not try to access the first level living space. The front and rear yards are available anytime during your stay. There is a large rear lawn with scenic marsh views and views of the Ravenel cable-stay Bridge and Morris Island lighthouse. The large front deck has limited views of the ocean and the breaking surf can be heard throughout the home. I'm available by text most anytime. If you should need anything please don't hesitate to notify me. I'd be glad to recommend restaurants, outings, shopping, etc. Jean and I want to make your vacation most enjoyable. John Across from the beach, on a scenic marsh with expansive river and lighthouse views. Near the “washout” an area for the best surfing in SC, Morris Island where the Civil War Battle of Battery Wagner was fought and a bird sanctuary for the bird watcher Uber and Lyft for trips into the city of Charleston. There is no public bus service on the island. Traffic getting on the island can be heavy on the weekends so do your grocery shopping during the week or on your way in. There is a small market on the island but very limited and expensive.

Private, cozy, newly renovated beach cottage. Enjoy ocean views. Our profile picture is the sunset view from our balcony. Fully-equipped kitchen, two dining areas, living room has a pull-out queen sofa, 55" flat screen smart tv, dvd player and free WiFi. The glass sliding door allows for beautiful ocean views & stunning sunsets over the water. Enjoy the private pier, fresh water pool & private beach access. Bedroom offers a queen size bed, sconce lights & chest of drawers. Large clothes closet.

**Newly Renovated** Oceanfront Villa

This is an 800 sq ft, ocean front, 1 bedroom/1 bath villa just steps away from the beach for a great escape! It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The huge spa-like bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa. Key Lime Condo

Located in the Front Beach district of Isle of Palms, about one block from the beach and right in the middle of all the fun. Walk to all Front Beach restaurants and bars including Papi's Taqueria, Coda del Pesce, and the world-famous Windjammer. Guests can enjoy the condo pool and plenty of free on-site parking. There are 16 units in this converted beach hotel. All are individually owned. Pandemic Info: The unit has its own HVAC system so you won't be sharing "air" with anyone. :)

Come and enjoy our amazing 3 bedroom/3 bath home, just a 3 minute walk to the beach with public access across the street. A close walk to food and shopping!! Beautifully furnished home with high-end appliances and comfortable furniture! Well-known for its massive front porch with plenty of seating.
