Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Die 100 qm Wohnung im Innsbrucker Stadtteil Pradl verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Boxspringbett mit den Maßen 180x200m und einem Doppelbett mit den Maßen 160x200m. Der Stadtteil Pradl liegt nahe des Zentrums, der Universität und der Messe. Die Sozialwissenschaftliche und Theologische Fakultät, sowie auch das MCI ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel einzukaufen.

Die Wohnung bietet 35qm in sonniger Lage mit Sonnenterrasse, welche gerne zum Entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.

My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
