The views here are somehow even better than pictured, worth it for that alone. The apartment matches the photos, the furnishings are spartan but have everything you need for a short stay where you're probably mostly out anyway. The walk into town along the main road has some tight spots without a sidewalk but you can also take the longer walk along the beach. In our group of 4 there were 2 that were woken up by the train and also wished the beds were softer so keep your personal preferences in mind. Minor suggestions would be adding wifi, some extra towels, and regular non-stemmed drinking cups in the home. From the start communication with Francois was excellent, despite some plans outside of his control changing he was proactive on making sure we were able to get checked in with the very friendly housekeeper which worked out perfectly despite the language barrier. If we ever have a chance we would stay again.

Super séjour chez Francesco et Rossella et très bon accueil. La villa est grande et bien organisée. Le jardin est très agréable. La villa se trouve dans un complexe privatif avec un accès fermé sécurisé qui est très calme. Nous étions hors saison touristique. Possibilité d’aller à la plage à pieds par un petit chemin dans une pinède, il y a aussi à proximité un petit restaurant familial où possibilité de petit déjeuner ou souper. Pour le reste une voiture est nécessaire mais la villa est très proche de Pizzo ou d’autres plages. Nous recommandons ce logement.

L’appartamento di Jay è uno dei AirBnB più belli che io abbia mai visitato. Dotato al 100%, ristrutturato e con un terrazzo bellissimo dal quale abbiamo visto perfettamente le stelle cadenti e il cielo stellato. Conflenti è un piccolo paese immerso nella natura, dove ci siamo svegliati con gli uccellini. Jay è stato molto antenato e molto gentile, dal momento del nostro arrivo al momento della nostra partenza. Angela e Mariano, i suoi collaboratori in paese, sono stati gentilissimi e pronti sempre ad aiutarci e guidarci. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza veramente calabrese. PS: Fate una bella doccia nel bagno della stanza principale: Non vi pentirete della vista alla montagna.

Fabio's apartment, and the city of Crotone, has been our favorite stop after over five weeks of traveling in southern Italy! The apartment is in the perfect location to explore both the gorgeous old city and get to the beautiful beaches. The people working in the restaurants and bars around were so kind and welcoming, too, which meant a lot! And Fabio himself was even kinder - he always went the extra mile, be it in helping us get to the apartment after arriving on Easter Sunday or patiently answering our questions about the city, it's culture, and it's history! I can't recommend it enough!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man benötigt. Grosse gemütliche Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war sehr gut. Egal welches Anliegen, er hat sofort geholfen. Der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit einem wunderschönen Meer. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung wärmstens. Wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen. Danke auch an die Eltern von Antonio, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen haben und jeder Zeit wenn nötig, geholfen haben.

In una ventosa domenica di settembre io e la mia famiglia con un piccolino di 21 mesi al seguito siamo arrivati a Praialonga, che si è rivelata essere una meravigliosa scoperta. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati ottimi padroni di casa disponibili H24, puntuali, guide costanti nella scoperta del posto. Caterina da subito ci ha deliziato con un dolce di benvenuto con marmellata di ribes nero fatta da lei(deliziosa!). La casa situata in un complesso residenziale con piazzetta centrale è al terzo piano senza ascensore di fatto è davvero molto bella, curata e funzionale in ogni sua parte e con una veduta impagabile. La pace che abbiamo respirato in quel periodo è difficilmente descrivibile a parole e si può solo provare sulla propria pelle. Sulla spiaggia avevamo ombrellone e sdraio e la possibilità di poter usufruire di un kajak per arrivare alla vicina spiaggia dei calanchi, raggiungibile anche via terra muniti di opportune scarpette da scogli. E’ stata una settimana all’insegna del relax, della pace, della natura e del buon cibo. La spiaggia è adattissima per bambini.

Le Fratte is a wonderful site with lots of plants and this house a gem! Bigger, more beautiful and cozy than on the pictures we spend here some wonderful days and didn't mind some of them to be rainy at all, as one could still sit on the huge covered terrace and enjoy the view. The beaches right in front of the site are beautiful, but require at least some basic fitness to get down to and up from. There's a big beach next to the porto touristico not far away that should be easily accessible for everyone though. The Ristorante in the village, Le Pagoda, was still opened in late October, which we almost didn't expect, so in case you don't want to use the kitchen (which has all the basics and much more so you're ready to cook) once in a while, there's a surprisingly good option to eat out (try the swordfish carpaccio) just a 5 minute walk away. 10/10 would definitely go back again.

Soggiorno fantastico. Io e la mia comitiva di amici abbiamo adorato l’alloggio proposto da Mike e Nerissa. La casetta ha tutti i comfort necessari per soggiorni a breve e lungo termine. I punti forti della struttura sono sicuramente la vista mare, il giardino esterno per pasti all’aperto e la vicinanza alla spiaggia libera. Stra-consigliato!!!
