Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space. Melton Constable is a small village only 5 miles from Holt, 4 miles from Thursford and a short drive to the North Norfolk coast.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. There is an allocated parking space short walk away. *** Please note: The cottage has a very steep and narrow staircase which would not be suitable for guests with mobility issues ***

The annex is a self contained bedroom ensuite with a contempory style. It has its own parking, private entrance and attractive courtyard garden with seating and firepit bbq. Inside, the accommodation has a well equipped kitchen station, microwave,toaster, kettle, mini fridge. Good local amenities, bakery servinghot deli, two pubs fish shop, Chinese, Indian and kebab takeaways. We are situated 3 miles from Holt and approximately 8 miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.

Chapel Piece Norfolk self-contained studio

Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. You have a lounging area where you can relax on your sofa of an evening. You have your own entrance to come and go as you wish coming through our lovely garden.
