We are a private club nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains! We offer our lodge rooms to be rented out from May till October. Enjoy the quiet evenings and beautiful sky! we have a pool, volleyball net, tennis court, horse shoes, shuffle board, a playground, and beautiful trails. We are located only minutes from historical Tannersville and Hunter. There is plenty to do for couples or families or even a solo getaway. We are seasonal and only open thru October 12th. We reopen in May.

Lake Wallenpaupack Luxurious Lakefront Home

My home has great views, private beach and dock. Your room has luxurious king size bed, private bath, sauna, patio, gazebo and bar. Couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers are all welcome. You will have access to a pool table, tvs, wifi internet, dock, swim float, fire pit, canoe, and kayaks. Hiking and restaurants are nearby. Your private area is the entire lower level and a giant patio. I can add a second bedroom and take up to 4 people for an additional 250/night upon request.

Welcome to The Sleeping Bear Retreat. We are a unique property, spanning 6+ acres, of the most beautiful wooded mountain top setting. We are less than 8 minutes from the center of town, and JT’s amazing shops and food scene. PennsPeak, Paintball, River Rafting, skiing, amazing hiking and biking trials all close by! This is a private studio lodge room, with a private entrance, detached from the main house. After the day’s adventures are complete you will be comfortable, warm, and relaxed!

With only one small step up into the building from the parking area, the Beaver Lodge #14 offers a separate living room / dining area / full kitchen combination space, and a separate sleeping room that includes: full bed and a full bed with a twin bunk on top, accomodating 5+ guests.

We are a turn of the century retreat currently undergoing renovation. Those rooms that have been complete with with fresh paint, hardwood flooring and new pillow top mattresses, new cotton sheets and new plush towels. Bathrooms have been fully upgraded and offer walk in showers, new facilities and unique tiles. Each room offers kitchenettes and black out drapery. Björn Bungalow: Log Cabin with Captivating View!

Watch the sunrise over the Green Mountains from the porch of a rustic off-grid Log Cabin. Enjoy a million dollar view, while relaxing in a serene, location set in the beautiful VT landscape. Log Cabin is equipped with a finished basement, suitable for sleeping 3 guests. Lighting is provided by Propane Lamps and Heat is from a Wood Stove. There is a clean outhouse just outside the cabin and generator in the shed which provides electricity and running water.

Village Suite at River & Rye in Jamaica, VT

River & Rye is an inn, restaurant, bar, and gathering place in the center of Jamaica's village. The inn, a renovated 1820s farmhouse, has six bedrooms with minimalist Scandinavian design, gorgeous stone and tile bathrooms, and access to beautiful views no matter the season. The inn is connected to our restaurant and bar, which offers Americana classics and crafted cocktails, and features produce, cheese, and meats from local farmers.

Unique Barn Guesthouse for Nature & Maple Lovers!

Located at the foothills of the Tug Hill Plateau, this modern 3-bedroom unit is the perfect spot for the outdoor enthusiast. Housed in part of an old 1939 dairy barn, the lodge has a view overlooking the pond and offers comfortable accommodations for 7-8 people (and pets!) and is perfect for small groups/families wanting to cook their own meals, explore nature and relax. We’re close to the Salmon River & lots of outdoor trails.

Our home sits on 16 acres of land including 2 beautiful swamps filled with amazing wildlife. The Vly Life is located in the very tranquil area known as the Vly in Stone Ridge, just two hours from NYC. We are centrally located, 25 minute drive to New Paltz, Woodstock and Kingston.
