In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

You'll love our modern light annex which is separate to our home nestled in the heart of this popular Test Valley village. With a welcoming pub and a community shop within walking distance you have the freedom to eat out or bring provisions back to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy walking (we are midway on the Clarendon Way) cycling, fishing or fancy day trips out, Winchester Salisbury New Forest and plenty of National Trust properties are all within easy reach.

Pretty Garden View at Coopers Farmhouse

The garden annexe to Coopers Farmhouse. This self-contained unit is upstairs, above our garage, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous fields and garden. You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.
