Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. It is a detached, converted small barn with its own entrance, key box and allocated parking space in front. You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

Private studio with deck
A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, a toaster and an air fryer. We can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested. It’s a 5 min drive from the The Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step.

Farmers cottage
Our eco friendly cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.

Unique barn conversion with beautiful marsh views
This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.

Ascot - West Street
Newly refurbished - Ascot, like its twin Sandown, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down to a bed in seconds. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your small private lawn onto farmland From the kitchen you go past the entrance lobby into a twin bedded bedroom with TV. A large modern bathroom adjoins the bedroom.
