New renovated 3 bedroom home. no parties or events

This newly renovated 3 bedroom house is perfectly located in central Fayetteville . To include brand new mattresses, furniture ,stainless steel appliances ,cabinets with granite counter tops, four 4k flat screen tvs and a fully equiped kitchen. Cape Fear Valley Medical Center is only .07 miles away, 9 minutes to Fort Bragg, .02 miles to starbucks and 3 grocery stores, lots of restaurants within a 1 mile radius. Cross Creek Mall is 3.2 miles away along with other shopping destinations close by.

Bring the kids and pup to enjoy our cozy 1960’s home; it has NO kitchen only a kitchenette (NO kitchen sink). The kids will love the play set & ninja warrior obstacle slack line in the large fenced in yard. Our home has 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with combined living room & kitchenette area.
