Lovely Townhouse Casa de Don Santiago

La Casa de Don Santiago is Copans' loveliest rental, wonderful 2 story townhouse in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 blocks from Central Park. It was purpose-built by owner as a a vacation rental unit & has all amenities. The townhouse is bright, airy & very comfortable. Two large bdrms with air con with cathedral ceilings. Living room has sofa which converts to a very comfortable single bed. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, small interior garden, hammock & comfy chairs.

Just off the main road to a private beach area. This area is part of the Roatan Marine Park preserve. The reef system parallels the white sand beach of Sandy Bay. Right off shore is an underwater ecological paradise teaming with tropical fish and corals. This is a quiet tranquil area without high end hotels and condos but close to the tourist meccas. Conveniently located in upper Sandy Bay, with grocery stores just 5minutes away. West End is a 6 minute taxi ride away.

This cheerful top floor unit is 1 minute walk to Half Moon Bay beach, and 3 minutes walk to the center of West End village- and Starlink WiFi!! You'll love the screened porch, stocked kitchen, high ceilings, clean/bright unit. Bedrooms have AC, fans, closets/ shelves, and black out curtains. Gas stove, blender ,microwave, toaster, coffee maker/ grinder, etc. We love our home to be tranquil hence NO parties/NO children-infants. Spiral stairs to 3rd floor.
