A beautiful condo overlooking the lake. The bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and clean. The amenities were great and as described. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Thank you , Peidi!

It was a very comfortable place- Saturday , it was rowdy but it is a college town after all. Couldn’t turn off the ceiling fan in the living room, remote needs batteries. Not really complaints, just observations. Great location, parking was easy.

I enjoyed my stay here. My trip was for work and after work I tend to game so I brought my PS5 and the WiFi is great if you want to game all night. Also the area is really nice. Lots of places to eat. Also the apartment is full of everything you need. I personally liked how the host has this refillable/filtered gallon. Highly recommend to anyone

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

Great stay will be staying again in the future

We LOVED our stay at Paulina's and wish we could've stayed longer. While I wouldn't recommend it for a young child, my child loved the Airbnb and we just had to help with stairs as they're a bit steep and wooden. We all slept SO well after our long day of travel -- this place was just what we needed. Loved being able to step outside in the morning. Our least favorite thing about this place was getting our luggage and belongings up the front steps, so be prepared for that. The bathroom was so nice and bed linens were great quality, which is where most Airbnb's cheap out. 10/10 stay. Wish this place was a little cheaper per night so that we could justify staying longer. But, highly recommend!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

A beautifully redone home in a quiet and walkable neighborhood of downtown Durham. Easy 15 minute walk to most restaurants and breweries. House was super clean and comfortable. I had issues with the entry keypad but Eddie responded immediately; it was most likely user error on my part. The only downside would be that the bedrooms have privacy blinds but no curtains. We do plan to come back soon.

Everything inside the home was great! The steps to get upstairs were a little steep but we managed. Everyone loved listening to the frogs at night and watching water birds during the day.

Home is very near Downtown, easily walkable. Coffee station stocked.

Clean & a wonderful place we stayed in. Local to all restaurants and shopping malls. Walkable places for the kids to play and enjoy themselves. Recommend for friends and family to stay here when to visit!!!

The Camilos’s place was a perfect place to spend a weekend with my daughter while visiting North Carolina. Very nice home, warm welcoming small touches like soaps, towels, coffee, and felt right at home. Very nice and would love to visit again.

Mike was a great host. He was proactive with checkin instructions, things to do in the area and checkout instructions. Pictures and descriptions were accurate of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the rest of the living space. Plenty of space for our family of six! Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking accessories. Access to various trails and park was a plus. We were conveniently located to both UNC and Duke to attend sporting events. 100% recommend!

We have shared Cristina's home many times over the last few years. We have booked our next stay prior to going there this time. Cristina is professional and friendly to deal with. She responds quickly to any inquiry and assist in making things happen the way you like it to. The home is spotless, never see any bugs, furniture is comfortable. All necessities are provided. We are so comfortable there it feels like home to us when we are there. I can not speak more highly about Cristina and her property. The place was everything we needed for our visit to Raleigh. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely book this unit in the future.

We had a great stay. Elliott’s place was exactly as described and was perfect for our couple’s night away. Elliott’s place was conveniently located and we were able to easily walk to great bars and restaurants. We would stay here again.
