Self-contained 2 king bed Flat 11 acres woodland

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it's fine to use internal house stairs. All dogs welcome, no extra charge.

Minutes away from the coast & New Forest, this 3m x 5m space, set in a 1/2 acre garden, is airy & self contained. On a quiet lane, with off-road parking & with its own access, the cabin has a double bed, shower & WC, fridge, hob, microwave & Freeview TV. With underfloor heating or the cozy log burner it's perfect after a long day exploring. Ideal for solo travellers & couples looking to get out & about. Less ideal for those hoping to stream TV! Bob the dog & I look forward to seeing you!

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). If in any doubt about suitability.....please message me before booking. It is perfect for 6 people, but has beds for 8 EV charger. Oct-Mar + Midweek availability message me first please

Idyllic Cottage/Village Pub/Beach Nearby/Parking

Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The Burrow Guesthouse Harry Potter Themed

This unique oak framed conversion is inspired by the magic of Harry Potter. It is self contained with a galley style kitchen and full shower room. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with limited storage. There is a mezzanine with two beds up a ladder with a low ceiling. This is fully decked out with a Harry Potter theme to add magic and excitement including themed games. There is a pull out sofa bed in the main room for additional guests but is best suited to up to 4 people.

Boutique Cottage for 2, Exbury, New Forest

Spacious, luxury Self-Catered Boutique cottage for 2 with private garden in a small, peaceful village in the heart of the New Forest National Park; superbly located for both forest and beaches. Exbury is a quiet, estate village near the famous Exbury Gardens, created by the Rothschild family when they bought the estate in 1919. It's now a 200 acre garden, open to the public with a steam train, beautiful lakes and waterways, a walk along the Beaulieu river and an amazing plant collection.

Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble
