We loved everything about this Treehouse “Siren’s Lookout”. The space, which is small, is efficiently organized, and the decor is attractive and comfortable. All of the appliances are extremely modern and the beds incredibly comfortable. Of course, the views and sunsets are the best. Thankfully we brought our binoculars as the wildlife was such fun to watch as was the activity on the Cay. It was very nice to have an outside gas Firepit. Connie is quickly responsive to any requests, concerns or problems……although we did not have a lot of these. She is very easy to communicate with and does everything possible to make your stay perfect. We hope to return in the very near future. Thank you, Connie!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect for me, my wife and 2 adult children. The location was easily accessible to the beach and walking paths. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals rather than go out to eat every night. We really enjoyed our stay, wish the weather was better though, it rained almost every day.

We absolutely loved our stay and Anthony is the best host we have ever had and we have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs. He went so far out of his way to help us when we had a scheduling issue, going so far as to show up and spend his day cleaning just so we could get in earlier. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Our kids and pups were thrilled. The beach is very close. I can't recommend the house or the host enough.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at 12 Oleander on Hilton Head! The home is stunning—newly remodeled with beautiful finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. Even though it’s conveniently close to the main road, you’d never know it—it's incredibly peaceful and private. The backyard was a total highlight! We grilled out, soaked in the hot tub, and relaxed while our pups enjoyed the fully fenced yard (yes, it’s truly pet-friendly!). It’s the perfect outdoor space for unwinding after a day at the beach. Nestled in the charming Folly Field beach area, the house is just a short drive to public beach access or a pleasant 15-minute walk if you’re up for a stroll. If you're a smaller family looking for a cozy, stylish, and affordable getaway, look no further. 12 Oleander is a hidden gem—book it now, you won’t regret it. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

What a wonderful home!!!! Miranda was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Her home is beautiful, close to the beach and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We have small kids, all under 8 and they walked easily to and from the beach, without complaints. The game room was the best spot in the house. All the kids spent hours and hours enjoying that room. Was definitely the highlight of the house for them. Ours was the large pot of coffee shared with friends each morning!!! Breathtaking views. We enjoyed this home very much. We love Tybee!!!!

Place was spotless, beautiful, and quiet. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! There were many thoughtful touches … We would stay there again!

Great cute little beach house close to a lot of things we even walked to the lucky beach bar and kitchen super close. House was spacious and nicely decorated my kids loved the bunk beds. Backyard was perfect for our dog even our kids enjoyed playing out back. Host was responsive and kind would definitely book again.

A perfect piece of southern and nautical charm waiting to be filled with good times. This great little cottage has more than meets the eye. This feels like home and has everything you could need. Upon entry you are welcomed with relaxing music and a wonderfully smelling cottage, clean, prepped and ready to make you feel at home. Our stay was for only one night and I wish it was longer. Quick walk to the beach, great outside sitting area and the grill was a great addition. loved the history of the cottagr and personal touches. We did not have problems with anything in the house. A true gem and we will definitely come back. Mathew was quick to respond, excellent communication and friendly.

Great place for our group to stay during a local golf tournament. Bedroom layout was great for several couples and had a nice central living area. House has everything we needed for the weekend and more. Would stay here again.

I hosted my sisters bachelorette here. Perfect house for all 7 of us! Easy, quick walk to get to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance and only a 20-30 min drive or uber to downtown Savannah. We will most definitely be back!

We stayed for a month and had a great time. House had lots of room for three couples and a kids room with two sets of bunk beds. Two sets of washers and dryers which was put to good use. Two large fridges also. Five minute walk to beautiful beach. Made good use of pool and hot tub. Would love to rent again sometime in the future.

This condo is perfectly located just inside the gate at Palmetto Dunes. It's a 3-minute walk to a beautiful beach. There is a sweet little cafe right on the sand that serves up margaritas and pub food. We rented bikes from an recreational outfitter that is right at the circle in Palmetto Dunes. Also, the pool is lovely. This central location is perfect because you have access to shopping and restaurants in Shelter Cove which is across 278 from Palmetto Dunes. The condo itself was a nice surprise because they've done some recent updates which are not reflected in the photos. The carpet is gone and the whole space has luxury vinyl flooring. Also the cheesey window valances are gone and the place overall has a nice vibe. I do suggest that the sectional in the living room be replaced. The cushions are flat and there is too much furniture in that room. I'd lose the lounger chairs and shift the sectional towards the balconies. But we absolutely recommend this home and hope to be back.

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. the kids loved the game room and the pool! we loved the location. it's close to Kroger, Walmart, Publix, and other stores for groceries and other needs. Only 10 min from tybee Island and 15 min from downtown savannah. the hosts were very responsive and friendly. communication and instruction was on point! we will definitely stay again! thank you so much for making our vacation perfect! 💕

Very well stocked and beautifully decorated home. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Great location, close to everything. Would definitely return when in Hilton Head.

We enjoyed our vacation and chose the home as close to family and familiar with area. Booking was easy and clear communication with check in instructions. The home was exactly as expected and very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the sunny fenced yard for the pup and the quiet, private, serene backyard with lovely pool and hot tub. Location is great, just a few minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes from grocery, restaurant & shoppes. Great communication, instructions, very clean and comfy! Overall such a great stay! We loved our stay at Pam and Paul’s beach house. We felt right at home the moment we walked inside. They thought of everything one may need even down to a crate and water/food bowl for your furry family member. You can tell much thought went into renovations, furniture, bedding, etc. We love Stones Throw Villas because of being walkable to the beach and restaurants. This is one of the better villas we have booked. We would most definitely return.

Great place to stay for golf and close to the Palmetto Beach amenities including beach, tennis and pools.

We loved the location in Shipyard, private but near the beach and restaurants we frequented. The villa was extremely clean with up-to-date appliances and finishes. Would definitely stay again if the right opportunity comes up.

She was wonderful. That neighborhood is amazing with a near by park for kids and dogs to enjoy. Old town Bluffton is right down the road and cannot be beat. It is also centrally located to everything and 22 mins from the closest dog friendly beach on the island. We cannot wait to book again. She was fast to respond, clear instructions and a pleasure. Booking again soon!

Rob's townhouse and hospitality are top notch! My husband, 3 kids and I had amazing time. The townhouse was perfect for a family of 5. From lots of seating downstairs to the washer and dryer upstairs with the bedrooms, the home has a great layout and wonderful amenities. Rob provided all kinds of perks like beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, beach toys, a treasure chest with games & things in the living room, and much more! He texted every other day with entertainment/meal suggestions. The Sonesta resort itself was fabulous. We loved the pool, golf course and private beach access. The list of great things can go on forever! As a couple or a family you'll love staying at Rob's Sonesta Resort Townhouse!
