The condo is in a gated area within where guests will have access to a private beach, 2 pools, resort restaurants, tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, playgrounds, cookout areas, bike rental, and a gym. We also provide beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and coffee! It's all here! The getaway you've been waiting for and deserve!

Mid-Island 2-bdrm. Private beach access. 3 pools.

Family friendly 2-bedroom 2-bath oceanside condo in Hilton Head Resort. Located in the desirable atrium building with the indoor pool, hot tub, game room, and baby pool. You're just a 10-minute walk down the private scenic boardwalk to the beach. The gated resort offers 2 outdoor pools (one heated March - Nov.), tennis courts, pickleball, pool side restaurant and bar, and beachside bar. Beach shuttle is available in season. Great mid- island location close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery.

Quiet Life by the Beach

This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

Just step outside - great water-front restaurants with live music, bars, shops and weekly fireworks during summer. Supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 minutes walking. Free shuttle to attractions in 2 miles radius from April till September, beach 1.4 miles away, biking, fishing and water sports.

Ocean front condo with amazing ocean view!

Ocean front condo with amazing view of the ocean and beach from balcony. You are just steps to the beach. In addition, you will be within walking distance to Coligny Plaza with many great restaurants and shops. Guests get to enjoy the onsite pool, sun deck, and grilling area. Luggage carts are located by the pool and elevator to easily transport all your luggage to the condo. Fast upgraded wifi for streaming and work needs. No pets allowed. Preapproval required for service animals.

This 2019 renovated unit for 6 has 1,340 sq. ft., updated paint and appliances, and offers access to the Courtside Villas 2 pools (Open April 1-Oct 31).The ideal location is within a 1/2 mile of the beach and Coligny Plaza featuring shops, galleries, and restaurants. The newly completed Lowcountry Celebration Park is 0.7 miles from the property. An hour per day of free tennis at VanDerMeer Tennis is included (w/ reservations).
