Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes on to the New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but we are hear to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm and has a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. Twit Twoo is named because of the sound of the owls hooting at night outside the window. Tucked away down a gravel track with direct Forest access Twit Twoo is guaranteed to take you away from the pressures of life. Relax in the three seating areas: decking, bbq area or on the bench overlooking the picturesque babbling Brook with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The only distraction is the wildlife. Dog friendly, ideal for cyclists with the wonders of the forest and coast on the doorstep.

Horseshoe Lodge This 18th century thatched cottage sits within a small community of beautiful historic thatched buildings beside Chewton Common, Highcliffe. Horseshoe Lodge is a 3 bedroom detached home, over two floors, with its own private enclosed garden. . The beautiful interior has been thoughtfully renovated to give all the conveniences of modern day living while keeping its original character and charm.

Little Lantern

Little Lantern is a self contained annexe attached to our pretty cob cottage. It has its own entrance and sleeps two people in the Bedroom's double bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen and small sitting room with views over open fields. The cosy bedroom has a very comfortable brass bed and leads to a lovely shower room with wash basin and loo.
