The space was very clean. Mario is a very responsive, respectful host. He gave clear instructions and was flexible.

Jenn is a perfect host at all her properties. I specifically look for her and David properties only now. They are such great hosts. Very responsive and always helpful if anything is needed during your stay. Top tier cleanliness and service and the way they design their spaces are amazing!

Great location in the heart of mid-down ATL. Safe and walkable to many landmarks. Plenty of dinning options around the hood. The room is exactly as what is shown in the pictures. Bonus points: Host is always very responsive like almost answer your message within 10-20mins. There is a full body mirror in the room which is handy. Spacious and Comfortable apartment. We really like the lazy-boy couch and decide to buy a similar set when we back home :)

This was a great place in a great location! We had plenty of space, a great view of the city, and in the heart of mid-town. There are many really great restaurants within the block of the apartment. We also walked to the Botanical Gardens and easy walk to Piedmont Park. Very close to Georgia Tech where we were visiting our student. Free, easy covered parking was included. The area felt very safe. Ryan is very helpful and responsive—a great host! We enjoyed our stay!

The host was very professional, flexible, and responsive. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Parking is secure, the building is secure. I felt extremely safe in this unit. Instructions for getting to the unit were amazing and easy to follow. The host was flexible with check in and check out. Truly grateful to book with such an accommodating host and I will continue to book with this host

Enjoyed my stay! Host was very attentive and offered amenities, such as coffee and wine. The condo, while older, has a charm to it and is described accurately.

What can I say ?! Prince and his home is amazing . Very friendly and welcoming . Very informative about area . Me and my girlfriend felt safe and welcomed . The home looks exactly the same as pictures . Very clean and private , great location and great views from the bed room , living room and balcony . Will definitely be staying at Prince’s place again .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! Avanna was amazing—she responded quickly to all my messages and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great spot right in Midtown. Looks as pictured 1 bed 1 bathroom spot. Gym and pool were largely unused during the week and was very much appreciated. Garage parking is included if you message her and the spot fit our mid-sized SUV easily. Exactly as advertised. Would return in the future if I visited again.

We over loved Trev's home. Very Spacious, looked exactly like the pics. we loved the balcony. There were a fully stock kitchen. All bedrooms was comftorable & appealing. 2mastersuites and 2 kitchens was a bonus. We didnt want too leave after our 3day stay. Trev was a great host.

The stay was great and sandra was easy to get a hold of, there was more dust/dirt in windows and baseboards in all the rooms and bathrooms which was a bit unexpected. It is an older house but has some great upgrades. Overall we did not spend a lot of time in the house itself so it served its purpose well. it is a somewhat split level, the main level has living room, kitchen and dining room, and half bath, downstairs has a queen size bed with lots of lfoor space and a private bathroom, upstairs has a king room with a private bath, and two bedrooms with what i would call double beds, I think the listing says twin but they were pretty large beds compared to other twins we have stayed in. I am a plus size person, with a body pillow and still had no problem sharing with my 8 year old in one of them. the beds were comfortable and every room had its own TV. there were games and books available as well!

We came to Atlanta for a quick visit to the aquarium and the zoo. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Lounging on the back patio was peaceful!! It was a major plus that the house provided a pac n play. We greatly appreciated Tim being very accommodating and responsive.

We had an absolutely lovely time, great location to visit around the city without being bogged down in traffic. And the best part was coming home after a long day to decompress in the amazing jacuzzi tub 😍😍😍😍

Victor has excellent communication and followed up to ensure our needs were met. There were no issues with the property or the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and open.

We had a great stay at Nicci’s place when we were in Atlanta for a wedding. The place is very big and the perfect size for 3 couples. The living room and kitchen are a great place to gather. One of the rooms is smaller than the other 2 but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. Quiet street and easy location to get to everything. Nicci was very communicative ahead of and during our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Atlanta.

Perfect place to spend time with friends or family. The house is charming! Loved the large front porch. Hosts were very responsive.

It was nice to come "home" after a day exploring ATL and be able to relax, reflect and enjoy each other's company in the cozy communal areas. We loved that the rooms are away from the living/dining area and not near the outdoor/fire pit area. those that were tired could relax in the comfortable bedrooms while others could hang out in the back yard or play games provided by hosts. we would definitely love to stay again sometime. Far enough away from busy atl that it's peaceful but close enough to get to all the places we planned pur trip around quickly! Had so many extra touches that made it wonderful, we loved the n'espresso and the kids enjoyed pacman!!
