Fire up the grill and have a BBQ on the front porch of a quaint mountain cabin. Gather round a fire pit when the sun goes down. Relax inside on a comfy couch in a rustic, wood-paneled living room. A kid-friendly cabin located close to downtown Hendersonville and all the area has to offer. Centrally located to near-by Brevard and Asheville while accommodating all the comforts of home. Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site Amenities include an outdoor fire pit, grill, coffee maker and fully functioning kitchen. A tree-house is located onsite for adventurous young ones. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Spend the evening relaxing on the front porch, or take an easy drive or Uber into downtown Hendersonville for a little more excitement. Located in historic Druid Hills, the Sweet Retreat is conveniently situated one mile from downtown Hendersonville and about 25 minutes from Asheville and Brevard. The house was recently renovated to incorporate the many luxuries of the 21st century but maintains it's 1950's charm. It's a short walk to the Oklawaha Greenway, several restaurants and stores, and a quick scenic drive to all the beautiful spots in Western North Carolina.
