Come enjoy a private mountain apartment, near Biltmore Estate, AVL airport, and Blue Ridge Parkway. We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.
