House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

The historic city of Oxford (easily accessible by bus) provides plenty to do and the Thames and Cotswolds are lovely walking areas nearby. The cottage has it's own patio and garden area with trampoline. There is table football, games and books. Off road parking available. It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home.

We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

I live opposite and have a driveway for guests free of charge should they need this and am readily available should you have any questions. High Speed Fibre optic WIFI is present in the house and smart TV.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.
