Great walks and cycle rides from the door. A car is essential. Small self-contained annexe, attached to the main house, with own entrance from side of main house. Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Welcome to my one bedroom contemporarily decorated ground floor space. A bedroom with a king-size bed, a toilet and an open bath, and a tea area are all private for you. Ideally situated at Marston, the house is located in a quiet area and provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital. One off road free parking is available. House rules: Volume must be kept down between 10.30pm to 7am to minimise disturbances to others. Water pipes can be loud. Strictly no party or event.

The Coach house in Oxford

The Coach house, a lovely brick cottage built ~1880, has been renovated to provide an open plan, stylish interior. Upstairs sleeps 5 people with a downstairs bathroom. The historic city of Oxford (easily accessible by bus) provides plenty to do and the Thames and Cotswolds are lovely walking areas nearby. The cottage has it's own patio and garden area with trampoline. There is table football, games and books. Off road parking available. It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home.

Sleep & Stay Oxford - Beautiful Victorian House

*Refurbished 2025* Beautiful Oxford townhouse just a gentle stroll away from the historic university. A very short walk away is the historic university parks, the historic university, town center, the vibrant Cowley road & the JR hospital are all reachable on foot in 15 minutes. I live opposite and have a driveway for guests free of charge should they need this and am readily available should you have any questions. High Speed Fibre optic WIFI is present in the house and smart TV.

The Garden Room

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. The Garden Room is reached by side entrance with coded gate and motion activated lights. Parking on driveway or street. Garden awaits further tidying. See photos.

There are excellent transport links into Oxford city centre, London and major airports.
