From the photos in the hallway and the garden decorations to the modern balcony facing (and only literally a few steps away from!) Camber Sands’ famous dunes, this property is perfect for those who love the beach and sea. If you hate sand this is not the property for you-a real beach experience.

You have access to 3 floors – two lovely bedrooms, comfy king beds, cotton linen, towels, big window and high ceilings; 1 bathroom, with bath & strong shower & natural toiletries; living /dining room, with big TV and fireplace; bright kitchen and patio & garden. Free parking on the road; 10-minute walk to beach, 5 to the train! The Old Town and St Leonard's are all walkable.
