This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Newly built semi-detached cosy single storey cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage is wheel chair friendly. It has one very spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single bed. Also a sofa bed located in the front room for extra guests. Pets are also allowed. Parking directly out side with step free access to the cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

23 Tackleway is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of Hastings Old Town. The three bedroom cottage has the most amazing sea or townscape views from every room and is within minutes walking distance of the sea and all the restaurants, museums, pubs and independent shops the Old Town has to offer. The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.
