Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

Hot Tub-Studio/Cosy Cottage Apartment

Our cosy cottage apartment offers the perfect place to retreat to after a full day exploring. We are dog friendly and allow one dog per booking. We charge £10 per night so that’s £30 for a 3 night break and £50 for a week paid to me in cash. The lounge offers a log burner and sky tv. The kitchen is well equipped but there is no washing machine or dishwasher! There are views from the private patio down to the field. This property sits near the old farmhouse and next to other farm cottages.

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Only a 15 min drive to Eryri - Snowdonia National Park. Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) is only 14 miles away. With underfloor heating, wood burning stove, toilet, shower, fridge and a patio you could not wish for a more secluded location. Hot tub is located 15 feet from the pod and very private. Rabbit Warren is a special, cosy space for couples and an optional dog; there is even a lock up for bikes, bags and boots. Warren Bach “Small Warren” is situated in the stunning Vale of Ffestiniog and access is via a track directly off the A487, providing great connectivity and making it the perfect basecamp to discover Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). In addition to wonderful views of Moelwyn Bach, Apr - Oct you will be able to view the steam train go by on the opposite side of the valley

Is-Y-Deri provides spacious holiday accommodation, perfect for large groups of families and friends to enjoy time together in this beautiful part of Wales. The sitting room offers a character stone fireplace with a woodburner, adding to the welcoming, cosy atmosphere, and the large kitchen/diner is a wonderful place for everyone to gather together and share holiday plans. The first floor is divided into two independent sleeping accommodation and wash areas, giving guest plenty of privacy.
