The Artist’s Retreat
A delightful, comfortable, stylish townhouse with fabulous river views in the charming village of Hamble-Le-Rice, within a short stroll from many pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and marinas. The lovely Royal Victoria Country Park is about 10 minutes away by car, or bus, and 30 minutes walking. Southampton city centre is 6 miles away with buses from just opposite The Artist’s Retreat. The beautiful New Forest is 40 minutes’ drive; also accessible by train from Hamble then Southampton Central.

Cow Shed - Barn
A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble
Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. The Old Diary is one of the last remaining buildings from the Warsash Estate built in 1914, now sensitively restored. Private entrance and off road parking allows 24/7 easy access. You will be welcomed with a complimentary welcome basket that contains continental breakfast supplies.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage
Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.

The Nook is a completely self contained annex to an 18th century cottage in a beautiful semi rural location in Warsash, Hampshire. Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms, a double and the second bedroom can be made up as two singles or another double. Private outside seating area.
