Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome dans un quartier calme. Le logement de Fulvia était spacieux, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, et très confortable. Fulvia nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son logement. Merci Fulvia !

Absolutely loved our stay at this 3-bed- 3-bath apartment in the historic center of Rome! The location is unbeatable, steps from iconic sites (Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore and Piazza Venezia to name a few) great restaurants and vibrant piazzas. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and stylishly decorated with modern amenities. Each bedroom was large and comfortable, and the three bathrooms (a rarity in Rome) made our group's stay so convenient. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. Perfect for exploring Rome's history and culture. 5 stars, would book again!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Small, but very cozy and nice appartment with all the ammenities you might need. We loved the private and big balcony! Very nice to relax there after a busy day in the city. Public traffic quite easy and cheap, around 40-60minutes to get to the city center depending on traffic, walking pace and correspondece. Hosts are very attentative, and flexible. We got to check in as soon as the appartment was finished cleaned, and they even offered us late checkout without us asking.

Hands down the best Airbnb of my Europe trip so far. It feels so much like home that you barely want to leave and explore Rome. The hosts are incredible. Both are friendly, responsive, and put a lot of love and care into hosting. I was greeted personally and shown around as well as given a specific dinner recommendation since my day was long. The double bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice, and I appreciated the balcony. This is everything you’d want in a luxury hotel but in a private home. It is very secure, in a private building. The walk to the metro wasn’t bad- maybe 10 minutes. I definitely plan to stay here anytime I’m in Rome or recommend it to anyone I know who is visiting.

L'appartement d'Andrea est spacieux, fonctonnel et agréable. La terrasse est sympa. Andrea est soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et le recommandons sans réserve. Nous avons garé notre voiture en bas de la résidence, c'était pratique.

Great place to stay for one or two people in a beautiful village. Christian was a great host providing lots of advice and quick to respond to any questions. Possible to get there with public transport and nice walking around the village.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war völlig problemlos. Wir konnten direkt nach unserer Ankunft in Rom um 12 Uhr einchecken und hatten somit einen Tag in der Stadt gewonnen. Die Terrasse an den Spätsommerabenden war einfach traumhaft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. WLAN ist schnell und stabil. Anreise in die Stadt mit Fuß und Buslinie 98 bis PAOLA ca. 50 Minuten morgens. Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, buchen wir auch definitiv wieder dieses Apartment.

Enjoyed our stay here, clean, spacious and convenient having the tram and buses a short walk away. Quick food options available nearby too. Perhaps a bit far from central Rome if you’re using transport and planning to do every day but I booked knowing it was further out. Free street parking too.

The interior is very warm and all amenities are new. I would say jimmy is a great and super helpful host. He provides clear check in instructions and many good recommendations on food and places to visit. Such a pleasant experience.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

We couldn’t think of a better place to stay for our first visit to Rome. Lucia was the perfect host; gracious, accommodating, and always responsive to our calls. The book of instructions and local attractions was noteworthy and helpful. The home a tastefully decorated and had a local flair. We loved the place and when we return to Rome, we’ll definitely stay at this home!! Gracias, Lucia. Prego.

It was a comfortable stay for us with our 3 children. The house was very clean and safe. Fabio gave us good advice. We walked to many places from where the house was located. We took the metro and buses to reach the far places. Thank you for everything.

Die U terkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir kamen ein bisschen später an als gedacht und Flavio war sehr flexibel und ist dann auf die abgemachte Zeit mit den Schlüsseln gekommen und hat uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man zum kochen, schlafen etc. Braucht. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und die Altstadt sowie der Bahbhof Bracciano ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und innerhalb einer Stunde kommt man mit dem Zug nach Rom. Als die Stadt kurzfristig einen Wasserunterbruch angesagt hat, hat uns Flavio informiert und abends sogar noch einen Kanister vorbeigebracht was sehr lieb war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielen Dank und gerne ein anderes Mal wieder :).

Michele is an excellent host for first time visitors to Rome. He kindly arranged pick up from the airport, met us at the apartment, and provided excellent recommendations for eating, walking, and touring the area. The apartment was clean and modern, and we appreciated the comfortable beds, contemporary showers, and use of a dishwasher and washer dryer while staying for a full week. It is also a very sunny apartment, which was so beautiful in the mornings.

Fabrizio’s place was great, easy check in and check out. We had to check out early but Fabrizio was accommodating.

Nulla da dire, casa perfetta. La casa dispone di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e per qualsiasi cosa sono super gentilissimi e disponibili.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

It was a wonderful stay. As a 6ft tall American you just have to get used to the way the bathrooms are situated, not a fault of Iris. Be aware that the stairs are definitely a bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage. Would gladly stay again!

Від усієї душі хочу порекомендувати це житло! Район трохи віддалений від центру, але з нього дуже легко дістатися до будь-яких памʼяток. (станція метро в 8 хвилинах пішки). Спальний спокійний район, з магазинами та кафе. Нам взагалі ніщо не заважало відвідувати історичний центр. Що стосується квартири, то вона відповідає фото, чисто, є все необхідне. Ми почувалися в ній, як вдома. Господарі, Елвін та його дружина, дуже доброзичливі люди, на будь-яке питання відповідають протягом 5-10 хвилин. Відчувається, що вони цінують своїх гостей. Підказали, що краще подивитись в Римі і навіть запропонували тур на скутерах Vespa по визначним місцям, з зупинками, та невеличкими екскурсіями. (доречі, як квартирантам нам зробили знижку). Тур був незвичайний та захоплюючий! Так як ми були всього 3 дні, то нам прям він підійшов дуже! Ще раз хочу підкреслити доброзичливість та чуйність господарів! До таких хочеться повертатися! Дякую Елвін за створення спокою та комфорту протягом нашого перебування!

Nous avons passé 4 jours très sympa à Rome en famille. Très bel appartement, rénové avec goût ! La terrasse est un vrai plus ! Le logement est très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le centre historique de Rome est accessible en 8 stations de métro. Gabriele est un hôte très réactif !

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
