Based in Pott Row, a quaint Norfolk village, only a few miles from the Royal Sandringham Estate and a 15 minute drive to the coast. All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Luxury fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Separate Bedroom, comfy king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Stable cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Recently renovated, Stable Cottage is located in the small village of Middleton, West Norfolk. A 20 min drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate and many other attractions. Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.

Cosy cottage on organic family smallholding

The Bakery Annex @ Sweetbriar Cottage - a charming, calm and cosy rural haven; pleasant for a holiday break at any time of the year. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

The Old Cowshed

A cosy tastefully decorated place with all the comforts of home.The Old Cow Shed is a chic, beautifully refurbished property, situated in Pott Row which is about 4 miles from Sandringham and a 15 minute drive to the coast. A fabulous romantic bolthole for two. The accommodation is of a very high specification with granite work tops in the kitchen, oak flooring throughout and quality linens and fluffy bath robes.

Built in 2018, a modern, detached bungalow with open plan living and kitchen area, wet room, double bedroom, single bedroom and outside courtyard. Ideal for couples, friends and small families. Situated centrally in the village of Grimston within walking distance from a local shop and 2 local pubs. Close to the Royal Sandringham Estate and only 15 minutes drive to the stunning North Norfolk Coastline.

Safe storage for bicycles in your accommodation. Situated in a quiet residential area of the village, the accommodation is separate from the house, but I live in the joining property.
