Just stayed here for 5 days with family and grandchildren, we loved the hot tub impecibly clean and house well equipped with all we needed. Lots of space for us all, very nicely decorated with lovely touches like the welcome pack. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again. Just a little thing and this isn't a criticism, a parasol of some sort would have been good for a bit of shade.

We had a great time at Red Oak Barn. Massive hot tub and spacious, smart, clean rooms. We enjoyed a lovely walk across the fields to Scothern village with a friendly pub. Wonderful to wake up to birdsong in the morning.

We had a lovely stay. The location was very peaceful and in beautiful countryside. Great for walks with the dog. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax. We would definitely visit again.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Cindy was proactive with communication from the beginning, calling to offer a free upgrade to the onsite Lodge as she was worried about October temperatures overnight in the Yurt. The Lodge was just as private and fenced in which meant the dog could run around freely. The lodge was warm and had has all you need for your stay. Hot tub was ready and waiting for us, don’t make my mistake and turn it off over night though as it takes some time to warm up. Nothing was too much of Cindy who lives on site and is always on the end of the phone. It was just a perfect weekend away from any tech and just perfectly peaceful. We shall be back

We had a lovely couple of days away in Lincolnshire, the house was well equipped with everything needed. Stewart met us on arrival and ran through some information on the property. We enjoyed exploring the area and very much enjoyed some relaxation in the hot tub!

Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

Cannot recommend this barn (and the others!) enough! This is my second visit to this gorgeous place and is my favourite staycation by far! All the amenities are amazing, from the gorgeous rooms, the INCREDIBLE hot tub, the space, the wonderful kitchen and bbq! It’s such a treat staying here and hate leaving when we do! Super short trip into town if you want to explore but to be honest, the barn is too nice to leave! Thank again to such a wonderful host that is so welcoming! Hopefully see you next year!

Enjoyed a wonderful Lincoln City break here - The house is wonderful, an absolute joy of a place on three floors. Situated right in the middle of Lincoln's historic quarter a stone throw away from that incredible Cathedral. Joy's communications were first class. My only suggestion to guests is to stock up with provisions before you arrive. Once we found a parking space we were happy to leave it there for the weekend and explore by foot. There is not much in the way of general stores in the immediate area at the top of the hill and the walk down to the City Centre is down "Step Hill" one of the UK's steepest roads - Not so bad going down but not much fun with heavy shopping on the way back up. I would not hesitate in recommending Joy and her wonderful house. We will be back.

We wanted to unwind and get away from the city and that's exactly what we got. It's a beautiful location, the house was specious and had some nice surprises. We found a lot of old school toys and a great selection of books for children for our little one to be entertained most of the day. it was very much appreciated. the host came by to say hi and was very kind. the leaflets and instructions left in the house were invaluable. She was also lovely to communicate via messages. Very much recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

We stayed here as a half way stop off between him and the beach. The restaurant/pub was excellent. Staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Accommodation was clean and comfy. Our boys had a really great sleep too, which is an accomplishment in itself. Thanks again!

We stayed at Clemetis Cottage for one week. We arrived with clear arrival instructions and a wonderful welcome which included all sorts of treats, such as wine and chocolates, the dog even had his own bag of treats, such a lovely start to our trip. The cottage is beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was really well stocked with glasses, crockery and staple foods. I had to work in Lincoln and coming back to the cottage each night was such a treat. The cottage is in a beautiful setting with a tearoom next door, a great pub and lots of country walks. Tealby is a great village and very conveniently situated for visiting the coast and other parts of Lincolnshire. We hope to return, we loved it so much.

Booked this house for a 50th birthday gathering of ladies who met at Uni 32 years ago. Lincoln was halfway between Norwich & Manchester & a friend was over from NZ. We didn't know much about Lincoln but loved it. Quirky shops and great walks. Most time spent at the cathedral, castle, Steep Hill, afternoon tea at the Hilton & amazing Thai dinner nearby. The house was perfect for our needs. Parking wasn't an issue at the Lawn opposite. Great selection of games. Although kitchen small it wasn't an issue. Thanks for a wonderful stay & I'm sure we will be back with own families.

Very nice, clean and cosy place.. inside the cottage very clean and you will find all you need.. Lack of walkways around was the only concern and a bit to close to the main road. Other then that all perfect

15 minute drive to the auditorium where we were working for the week. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of parking. 4 double beds, 4 sets of keys so we could come and go as we please. No complaints from us. Great everything. Thanks very much.

I stayed here for 10 weeks while working temporarily in Hull - it was perfect! The flat was cosy, quiet, safe, and very convenient for walking around Beverley and for getting to shops, the railway station, the bus station etc. Parking was around the corner at the ASDA carpark, which was also very safe and convenient - about a ten minute walk away and there was also some on-street parking near the flat which were free for an hour - useful for loading/unloading luggage. The flat had everything I needed for living in for a long period - the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and modern appliances , and it was so comfortable to stay there for a longer period. Nic was very reponsive and communicative - she came round straight away when the fire alarm battery needed changing! I had no problems during my stay. The wifi was brilliant and the TV was linked up to iPlayer, Netflix etc. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was straight forward plenty of communication throughout our stay and leading up to it Very spacious accommodation with some lovely touches and extras Would like to suggest a set of drawers in each bedroom would be handy Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a good location Would definitely come again

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

Till Barn was a peaceful and cozy, home away from home. Catrin is a warm and friendly host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home and swift in answering any questions you may have. The furnishings are classic and the bed extremely comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. We were visiting my Aunt who lives locally and the location was perfect, we enjoyed walks around the area and the private garden is perfect for sitting outside during the spring/summer weather and enjoying a quiet drink. We hope to return and would fully recommend it to others, a 5 star experience all round, this is how Airbnbs should be :-)

The cottage is beautiful with two different seating areas and the private garden, which was large enough for our 8 yr old to run around! There were great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen, a woodstove with logs (although we didn't use this as it was summer) and a BBQ, which we did use and was great. The only thing to be wary of is that as a cottage, it has low ceilings and beams, so taller people have to be careful. In particular, the shower is low and I had to crouch slightly to wash my hair (I'm 5'9"). However, once you've got used to this, it is part of the charm and character of the cottage! This area is well located for exploring the Wolds and we also had a great day at nearby Wild Pines doing archery and high ropes! I would highly recommend this cottage as a cosy and well-equipped place.
