Very nice location and clean apartment. Beware however that there’s some noise from a nightclub next to the apartment.

Al ser un hotel, tenía las comodidades de uno: baño privado, servicio y aseo a la habitación, y un bar abajo. La gente de la recepción era muy amable y resolutiva. El lugar está en una parte estratégica de Manchester, lo que lo hace una tremenda alternativa precio-calidad. Lo único “malo”, es que en la descripción no se especificó lo pequeño de la habitación, y sobre todo, lo pequeño del baño, haciendo esto muy difícil utilizar el WC, y el constante ruido que hace la máquina electrónica que bombea el agua a la ducha o estanque de agua, lo que no logró empañar nuestra estadía en el hotel, y lo bien que lo pasamos. Sumando y restando, muy buen lugar para alojar, en una tremenda ciudad. Recomendado

I had a wonderful stay despite the weather. I arrived early and they did everything possible to get me checked with availablity. Jasmine was quite accommodating and offered breakfast. The meals were delicious as I explored with the locals. Thank you.

Staff was great and so helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Thermostat controls were good.

Even before we arrived Barry was so great to communicate with. We arrived a bit early and he was so flexible about us getting in. The lodge was beautiful and had everything we needed, the surroundings so peaceful as we walked to our private hot tub in our special Brook Bottom dressing gowns. We relaxed listening to the bubbling brook and really chilled out. To make our stay even more special I had a treatment with the lovely Michelle, she was so lovely and accommodating. If only we weren’t 3 hours drive away I would become a regular. Thank you Brook Bottom for a wonderful treat. ❤️

I felt like there was going to be a catch with such a cheap stay, but everything was immaculate, the receptionists were super helpful and friendly, we paid £10 for an early check in and that was no issue. Approx 5-10 mins walk from Manchester Oxford Road train station, 100% recommend!
