Anne was prompt in her responses and very accommodating to our needs. We checked in a bit later than we hoped due to some bad traffic/ weather and we were met with warmth and understanding in our inquiries regarding check in details. Their home is very cozy and the environment is very serene. Our kids loved the swing out front "kids meeting area" up stairs.

Our second visit to this peaceful cabin. The hosts are wonderful and made the trip extra special for our birthday girl. We explored nearby towns of Dillsboro and Bryson. Wonderful restaurants and local shops. We drove ‘the tail of the dragon’ on our route in. Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view. Looking forward to coming again.

First of all, let me start with saying that Margaret is an absolutely FANTASTIC host. I messed up my departure date and didn’t realize it until the day of, after check out time (first time that has ever happened to me, horrible!😭) and she was SO HELPFUL, so understanding and just the absolute best!!❤️❤️❤️ Margaret’s place is very cute and neat. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need (the big Christmas mugs were my favorite!). I loved all the fluffy blankets and the electric fireplace was a nice touch too, since it was really cold this week. The view over the mountains and pastures is really pretty too and the house is very centrally located, close to Franklin but in a quiet area.

Michelle was a great host! We had some trouble because the hot tub was not working, so she allowed us to use one of their other cabin’s hot tub during our stay. She responded quickly and worked it all out for us! We love the cabin! It was a wonderful place to refresh and rest! The porch swing was our favorite!

I booked a last-minute weekend trip and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Shannon was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the start. Her property is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. My kids had an amazing time—they especially loved spending time with the adorable animals. A huge thank-you to Shannon for going above and beyond by inviting them to help feed the animals, brush the goats and horses, and introducing each animal personally. It was such a memorable experience for them—they truly didn’t want to leave! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and kind, which made our stay even more special. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you, Shannon, for your incredible hospitality!

Dawnes place was everything it shows and so much more. We wish we could have stayed more than just one night, and will definitely be back. Dawne and Brian were so welcoming and easy to communicate with, and being able to enjoy their farm as well while we were there made it even more special. Perfect spot for a couples vacation or one with kids. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and cozy cabin! It was the perfect peaceful getaway, and Sharon was an incredible host. She went out of her way to give my son a special tour of the farm and introduced us to all of her amazing rescue animals—such a memorable experience. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My son is already asking when we can come back, and we can’t wait for our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a personal touch!

What a magical romantic cottage that is unlike anything we have ever seen! Special and full of thoughtful details. We’ll be back to get away from life and enjoy a special moment in nature. We had such a great time here! My family went for a long weekend to reset and recharge and this place was perfect. The Cashiers area is beautiful and the house is set back in a private neighborhood that was so peaceful. The house was very clean and well cared for. Kristina was responsive and very helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

My mom and I had the pleasure of staying in this home while visiting my sister who lives nearby. It was a wonderful experience. The home is comfortable, clean and beautiful. The location is in a lovely rural area with close proximity to Waynesville and Canton and easy access to I-40. The owner was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. We loved our time at this beautiful cabin. The windows make you feel like you are staying in the woods. The personal hot tub and fire pit made for great outdoor options. We will definitely look to book here again!

I was gobsmacked by this experience. It was absolutely perfect. The place is a magical secret. We played saxophone jazz for the cows from the patio and they came to look, which was silly and sweet. We fed the chickens popcorn and chatted with them which was silly and sweet. We had bonfires and talked to family we hadn’t seen in ages under the most perfect stars. The kids played on the tire swing and we enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch. I’d stay here a million times over. I’m not usually this kind of effusive about AirBNBs but this one really stole my heart. We’ll be back if they’ll have us.

Vera’s place was absolutely wonderful. The animals, the view and the amenities. I was already wowed by the pics but the actual experience exceeded all expectations. My kid was in heaven and cried the morning we left 🙁 the farm is pretty quiet even though there’s quite a few neighbors on both sides. We were also very close to downtown Asheville - which has so many great little restaurants. There’s also several friendly farm kitties that hang out during the day and one who wont leave lap if you allow it. We will definitely be back!

A true gem. We had initially booked a hotel for our stay near Asheville but switched to Kevin’s place. So glad we did! Hard to describe because the setting is so beautiful, picturesque and peaceful! And the inside had attention to every detail. We loved our stay and are already planning our return. My daughter loved Stella and the goats! Can’t say enough positive things about our stay!

Deerfield Cottage is a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Franklin. Robbie is an excellent host. She responds quickly to any questions. She provides information on things to do in the area. This is our second visit and hopefully a third one is in the near future.

Very nice place stay, our family enjoyed the proximity to the creek and the nice outdoor spaces. Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful porch to enjoy them. felt secluded but also close enough to town to make coffee and food a quick drive. Inside was very clean and accommodating, with fresh + extra linens, acces to washing machine, and plenty of utensils etc. Beds were comfy, and shower pressure was fabulous! Favorite part of the place was it's perfect equidistance to sylva and Asheville, both only 30 minutes away. That's exactly what we needed. Overall experience A+ 10/10 :)
