Lee on the Solent - 2 minutes from Beach & High St

Just two minutes easy walk from the beach and short walk from shops and amenities, our characterful, centrally heated 2 bedroom ground floor flat is an ideal base for an affordable seaside holiday. Lee offers a range of cafes, tea shops, ice cream parlours, restaurants and takeaways all within a few minutes walk. For younger visitors there is a seafront splash park (open during the summer) and an adventure playground. Local shops include Tesco, the Co-Op and a range of independent stores.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Located in the quiet village of Denmead my place is an ideal location to explore the local countryside and surrounding area including Portsmouth and Chichester and is only 80 minutes from London. There are 2 great pubs in easy walking distance and a small group of shops close by. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
