This was the perfect space for me, my husband and 3 year old. The condo was spotless and included everything we needed for our stay, from coffee to beach toys and chairs. The balcony provided great views of the beach and we spotted dolphins while drinking coffee out there in the mornings. The beach, pier, pool, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Nikki’s place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. Very spacious and perfect for our group. Everything was super clean. We loved the peaceful view of the lake! Fun times in Charleston!

Staying at “the secret” was like staying in a very close friends home. We felt like everything that we needed was available. Location was perfect as my daughter is at college of Charleston and being close to Shem Creek and all the bridges was so convenient. it meant so much that they had food, spices, toiletries; all that we would need to live there. The only concern I had was the beds on the upper level were a bit small, and the left ceiling low. But the house was lovely and we were able to adapt. Richard had some great tips on fishing and we look forward to staying again.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

We loved our stay; the place was private, clean, and homey. Sweet touches like guides to the city, oatmeal for breakfast and snacks were appreciated. Comfortable beds and furniture as well as a spacious feel even though it’s not a huge place.

This place was the PERFECT central spot! Just as it was described. In the middle of the town and literal minutes walk from the beach! Just enough space for a couple looking to get away. The hosts were responsive and proactive about any issues or questions! Would definitely book again and definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved playing outside on the rope swing, taking the kayaks on the river, and watching wildlife from the dock. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the Bohicket River, oak trees dripping in Spanish moss, and azaleas and fruit tress blooming. Cyndi and Stephen are kind as can be and wonderful hosts. We loved exploring the area, too. The beach at Kiawah Island is a quick drive and absolutely lovely.

Beautiful home with space for a large family. We enjoyed overlooking the river and watching the Bald Eagles and other wildlife. The home was perfect for a bridal photography session! Thank you, Michele, for being a fabulous host!

Had a great stay, even with Tropical Storm Debbie. The house is new and located in a quiet area within easy walk to the beach. Layout is good and the covered carport doubles as space to spread out (played cornhole there during rainy weather). The kitchen has essentials but not a lot of extras; could maybe use a few more cooking utensils (e.g., pizza pan, measuring cups). Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

Donald is an excellent host! The house is advertised as a "dog's paradise" and it delivered. The fenced in backyard was well received by our dogs and the screened in porch made it easy to keep an eye on them as we enjoyed the amazing view of the expansive salt marsh. The location of the house is great too, at the tip of the island with not much traffic and just steps from an amazing beach. We love Folley Island and would definitely look to stay at Donald's Marsh House again.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

We were visiting the area for a soccer tournament. The condo was close to the fields as well as the beach and surrounding areas. The views were fantastic of the marshes. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a little warm when we entered the condo but it cooled off quickly. The hosts were very proactive about our stay and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here two nights and it was perfect. Everything was as expected. Beach access was simple, parking was easy. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is steps to the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. The condo is nicely decorated and plenty of space for a couple. It was great being able to walk to the bars and restaurants in Folly while being an easy drive to downtown Charleston. We’d happily stay here again.
