The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Vista Apartments, Goodrington Beach, Paignton

Vista Apartments are in a fantastic location being a frontline development leading directly to Goodrington beach with no roads to cross. 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views of Goodrington Sands and across the bay to Brixham and Berry Head. Goodrington Sands offers a variety of watersports, boat hire, deckchair hire and a pub with gardens overlooking the beach. This is also where you will find Quaywest Waterpark. Youngs Park with boating lake, bandstand, are adjacent to the apartment.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

200m to Paignton beach. A 1min walk to cafes. restaurants & shops. Free road-side parking (from Oct-Apr); great access as rail/bus 7 min walk. This modern airy g/f apartment has a lovely sun-trap courtyard garden ideal for outdoor dining/working. Speedy Wi-Fi for remote workers. The sizeable lounge/kitchen/diner with two seating areas (breakfast bar & window-seat table) & large comfy sofas offer good chill-out space. The romantic four-poster adds a touch of class. Superb National Trust properties very close by as are Brixham, Totnes and Dartmouth. There’s so much to see around the area and we can point you in the best direction should you require. Beach Park Basement - a leafy seaside apartment

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

High Gables - Apartment Three

High Gables is an elegant two bedroom first floor apartment, 200 metres from Goodrington Beach, enjoying views across Youngs Park and towards the sea - ideal for families and couples. Gas centrally heated, comprising: two bedrooms; large contemporary bath/shower room; good sized lounge with oak flooring and plasma gas heated fire. The kitchen is sicilian styled, including: fridge/freezer, cooker, gas hob and washing machine. The large bay window gives plenty of light and atmosphere.

The Pitstop - Entire guest suite by the seaside.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Guest suite 2 rooms, with own entrance and ensuite

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.

Perfect for visiting friends, exploring Totnes and South Devon or a romantic getaway, The Nook has self-catering essentials and a gorgeous shower room in a tiny but well designed space. The view is lovely. Totnes high streets shops, cafes restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. Beautiful walks through the Dart Valley are minutes away. Dartmoor and South Hams beaches are about 30 minutes drive away.
